      I purchased a Carrier A/C unit installed by Del-Air on January 2022, paid $6k. This item has a 10 year warranty on parts and labor. I had maintenance done January 2023, paid $129.95. On June 2023 I had a leak, paid another $492. On August 2023 my A/C went out, paid another $234. As of today, I do not have a functioning A/C. I live in Florida with a 7 year old and I have no communication on when this will be fixed. Please note I have called Del-Air on 8/31 at 3:14p, on 9/1 at 9:05a., 1:25p, 4:53p, on 9/5 at 7:44a, on 9/6 at 9:37a. with no phone call back. This is disappointing being $6855.95 dollars in the hole with no solution.

      My system was installed by Del Air and still under parts warranty. I had a technician come out to diagnose an issue of the system not cooling, he gave me the estimate for parts, labor and an inaccurate date for repairs. The office was supposed to call me for further information. They never did. Several days went by and other than me calling I never heard from them. That was 40 some days ago now. I used a different company for the repairs.

      For a company to install a system and abandon the customer is a complete failure of their mission and ethics. The office staff are the rudest and most incompetent bunch of encountered in some time. The management, if they ever got the forwarded messages to begin with, are equally to blame for the poor results. I will not use them nor recommend them to anyone ever.

      One star is too many in my opinion.

      We had Del Air put in a new ac at our home 2 years ago. My AC went out the 1st week of July while I was on vacation and someone was dog sitting for me. It was 90 degrees in the house and I was worried for my dogs. I called them 3 times and they told me someone would call me. No one did. My neighbor was able to get my AC working. I had to come back early. My AC went out again and I called yesterday and they scheduled for someone to come out today between 8 - 11. No show. I called back and they told me they will have someone call be back. Still no call back. I called another company and they came and left and took care of the problem. Can't believe how bad customer service is.

      Very good customer service from the office and excellent technician, Rashidd is great !!! One of the nicest and knowledgeable technicians I’ve ever met . He did a great job !! I’ve only used Del - air since we moved to Minneola , almost 25 years ago. I wouldn’t use any other company !! Thank you

      We called for service regarding our AC needing to be flushed because it kept shutting off when water filled in the floating valve. They responded on site the next day and confirmed that the piping was clogged. The technician cleared the lines and checked all the parts of the unit. They offered an annual service and maintenance program that was reasonably priced and just a few dollars more than what the one service would cost, which was also reasonable. We took the maintenance program, which covers an additional service in six months. We were completely satisfied with their services, which as always been the case with Del Air. This was not our first time using their services.

      On August 9, 2023, Michael a DEL-AIR tech was sent to my home to do maintenance on my LENNOX unit. I called DEL-AIR because they had originally installed the unit at my new home and I was having a mold problem on the perimeter of the vents in my ceiling. First it was water settling at the base of the unit about a year ago and now it is a mold problem. Michael the technician came on August 9th, 2023, 9:00 AM. He inspected the unit, removed a panel and showed me the mold growths all over the panel and inside the unit. He advised me that he would clean it and informed me that it would be best to have a UV unit installed to control the mold growths. Well I agreed because I am a senior concerned about my health sneezing all the time and breathing in foul, unhealthy air. He said it would cost $825.55. The LENNOX unit is housed in a remote part of my home so I didn’t want to follow him and hover over him to see what he was doing. He spent a while there left, told me he would return which he did after about an hour. He ‘installed’ the UV light and did the ‘maintenance’ and then told me that he took care of everything and that the UV light would in his words ‘eat up’ all the mold growths. I gave him a check for $825.55 for the maintenance and also a $20.00 tip. I became suspicious after I called DEL-AIR to inquire how to locate the UV light in the LENNOX unit and no one could assist me even after several calls, no one returned my call. I had to have an AIR DUCT AND DRYER VENT CLEANING done by another company a few days after the August 9th maintenance by Michael, Del-Air’s tech. I asked the gentleman from the AIR DUCT COMPANY to open the LENNOX for me to check the panel and the UV LIGHT. He did, and showed me a filthy, mold covered panel and the dirty interior of the LENNOX that was not touched by MICHAEL THE TECH FROM DEL AIR. WELL, WHAT THEFT OF SERVICE AND PRICE GOUGING BY DEL AIR? Calls have not been returned so is DEL AIR IN CAHOOTS WITH THEIR EMPLOYEES?

      I would like to let people know that this company WILL NOT refund money. I personally have been waiting since June 26 2023 for my $234.00 which I paid in advance for a 1 year contract on 2 semi annual visits to my home for a/c maintenance. I canceled my contract with them and as of August 19, have yet to receive any money. Buyer beware.

      DelAir installed a new central air system in my home on July 31. I immediately noticed the bedrooms were not cooling correctly. I found that the return air ducts were not drawing air from those rooms and contacted DelAir service department. They failed to show up for scheduled appointments despite numerous calls and promises that I was placed on the priority list. Online service requests have been ignored. My salesperson was contacted and he said he would escalate my complain with no response from DelAir service department.
      I would strongly recommend that you not do business with DelAir until they prove they can provide service after the sale.

      We have used this company for over 15 years now. Maintaining a service contract with them has saved us money and more importantly headaches when issues arise. Living in the south you need a dependable A/C company and technicians that know what they’re doing, Del-Air fits that bill!
