      Scheduling department was professional, the technician was on time, knowledgeable and he didn’t rush through the maintenance tune up for our A/C system and he cleaned up after himself.

      I had a leak in my water heater.Jacob from del air responded quickly,gave me a list of options for a new water heater . The one I decided to buy was out of stock at his office,so he checked other locations tofind one and came back the next day to make the switch. He was very professional and courteous. He kept me in the loop every step of the way.

      I HAVE HAD A MAINTANANCE SERVICE AGREEMENT WITH DELAIR FOR 28 YEARS. COMPANY HAS GOTTEN TOO BIG FOR ITS OWN GOOD. THEY MESSED UP MY MAINTANANCE APPOINTMENT, TURNS OUT THEY NEVER HAD ME ON CALENDAR WHEN I DID SCHEDULE IT. RESCHEDULED SERVICE MAINTANANCE AND THEY SAID TECH WOULD SHOW UP BETWEEN 8-12 NOON STILL WAITING ALL DAY NO SHOW AND HAD TO TAKE A DAY OFF FROM WORK PAY FOR THIS. THEY NEED TO HAVE A SEPARATE CREW FOR HVAC SERVICE MAINTANANCE THAN REGULAR AC WORK. RIDICULOUS I LOOSE A DAYS PAY OF WORK TO WAIT FOR THEM ALL DAY AFTER PAYING OVER $320.00 FOR MY AC SERVICE CONTRACT. SERIOUSLY ANNOYED AND LOOKING FOR ANOTHER AC SERVICE COMPANY FOR FUTURE. PRESIDENT CEO NEEDS TO REASSES HIS COMPANY!

      Abraham and Mike ***** were at my home to service my Trane heater/air conditioner. They went above and beyond my expectations. They performed the service in a very knowledgeable way and were very kind. Mike even helped me set up the app on my phone and showed me what is available in the app. I highly recommend Del-Air!

      DO NOT EVEN THINK ABOUT IT
      They over charged me for over $500 in Labor .
      The Labor charge for Replacing a Motor in Air Handler is between $400 to $650 , They Charged me $983 , I did not know at the time .

      Del-Air has been our HVAC servicer for 23 years.
      They installed our new HVAC system in our new home build in May 2000 and we stuck with them for all annual contracts and a new HVAC system replacement in Mar 2011.
      Their techs are great and courteous.
      When this present HVAC system needs replacement, they will be my first call.
      They are good!

      I have to say their technician was very pleasant and informative. He explained everything start to finish and had me inspect his finished work.
      Since i had my AC installed several years ago i have had nothing but great service.
      I would recommend to anyone who needs an AC repair or replce.

      I'm not sure why they aren't rated any higher. I've had a maintenance contract for over 20 years, and let it lapse a few months accidentally.

      Today, my AC is running perfectly and they allowed me to use my maintenance contract for this visit which saved me a lot of money.

      I've never had a bad tech. Oftentimes with the maintenance, they would find something that could be an issue and fixed without charge because of the plan.

      Every time I had service, the techs were kind, prompt and helpful. Never once did I have a bad experience. Do I like paying for new parts for a 14+ year old unit? No, but who does like paying for unexpected repairs.

      We have been doing business with Del Aire for 15 years. I have recommended them to friends and family. The technicians are focused and thorough. I believe that the maintenance contract I have continued has kept me from needing unnecessary work. I am completely satisfied.
