  I have had a service agreement with Del-Air since 2017, just after Hurricane Irma fried my previous heat pump.
  Del-Air totally rebuilt my air handling system and replaced my heat pump, this was performed by a mechanic named Mark *****. An Excellent professional when it comes to a/c units and such, and consider yourself lucky if you get him to work on your a/c systems. Also, when the air handler motor went out, Del-Air replaced that motor just as stipulated in the contract with no charge! The mechanics are wonderful guys the entire group that came to my home, Most recently was a William *******, and he is a truly professional mechanic and very knowledgeable and courteous, also quite quick in getting the work done!
  When I phoned Del-Air I spoke pleasantly with Annette, who also does a great job with dealing with customers. So, if you have employees like this in your company that are dedicated to get it’s customers a positive outcome with their HVAC systems please contact Del-Air Services! One more person that I almost forgot was this excellent sales representative named Joe *****, he has always done right by me when it comes to having your a/c units done and done right! We have had him install newer and more duct work in two rooms in the house with added filtering as well, what a difference that makes!
  One other employee that I forgot was the Contract Sales Representative, a Ms. Tonya ********, she made a house call for my spouse and I, and was so engaging and helpful you could not expect more from employees like that. They go all out when it comes to their customers, and this is to leave you feeling at ease about your a/c needs.
  So, please call Del-Air when you need your HVAC system serviced, you can’t go wrong!

  Excellent, professional and prompt customer service assistance.
  I found a convenient and available appointment on a near date from when I called to schedule it.
  The representative who answered my call was very courteous and knowledgeable. Gave me precise and helpful information about my past services and their maintenance plans. The renewal of my plan was done quickly and easy over the phone.
  On the app. date, I was called in advance to confirm that I was available and was informed the technician was on his way. JOSE, their technician, arrived punctually and was very polite upon meeting. He covered his shoes before entering the house. He provided a professional service. He appeared focused and efficient while working on my unit yet approachable and courteous.He answered all the questions we asked him. He gave us instructive and useful tips for the upkeep of the AC unit to do in between our plan maintenance services. Overall, I was very pleased that's why I highly recommend this company and their services.

  Del-Air is a top-notch company. Customer service has always been excellent. All of the technicians that have come out to my house, including this past time, Adrian, have been extremely kind and helpful. This HVAC company has made me extremely happy with all of the work they do have done for me.

  We have used DEL AIR for almost twelve years and have found them to be reliable, honest, hard-working professionals. DEL-AIR faithfully serviced our old units until they needed to be replaced and then they replaced them with LENOX units. Our home heating and cooling system is in good hands. Thanks DEL-AIR.   DelAir has installed and maintained my Trane A/C unit for past 14 years. They always show up on time & are completely professional. They show you the bad part & explain what steps are necessary to get the unit functioning properly. I’ve tried other AC companies & was thoroughly disappointed. Other services schedule you three or four days out when you have no air then use unscrupulous tactics to overcharge you to fix your unit. And show up at their convenience. Not with DelAir. You call and a knowledgeable person will answer, get all the particulars & dispatch a technician to you home usually the same day. My latest A/C problem occurred at 8 pm. The had tech at my home @1 pm the next day. Can’t go wrong with DelAir-you know you’ll get quality work at a fair price.
