Today 6/11/2025 my trucking company was rejected to carry a load by a broker.I learned that the data provided to them from Carrier411 is inaccurate. Itt does not reflect what is reported in the ***** database.When attempting to call Carrier411, their phone system recognized my phone number as a carrier business and not only refuses to allow me to talk to someone, but it also stated it would block my phone number as they do not want to talk to carriers.This company provides inaccurate reports on business and takes no responsibility for correcting inaccuracies. This costs carriers money for the inability to book loads. Other competing companies accurately keep their data up to date.Initial Complaint

This platform needs to be investigated by the ***************** in charge of regulating this type of private platforms because there unfair bsuiness practices are causing a great damage to many carriers and owner operators in the industry. this platforms erroneous info and false unvestigated reports made by thier members to 3rd party private companies have the power to place small operations business out of the industry. it is well documented by carriers, brokers and shippers that this platform only allows one sided and unfactual info and reviews without verifying or giving the opportunity to the defendant to bring thier evidence and investigate such claims made by thier memebers are truthful. This company allows clients to provide false information without reaching out and allowing The opposing party to provide evidence that it is a bogus report on companies. It sells information and allows companies to pay for a false report . Is it against the law to make false claims on a business? It fraudulent represents businesses and false under the false claims act. When you call the company you will be hung up on unless you are a member. 06/12/2024 I talked to two brokers that I as denied booking a load because this company said that my company was shut down. I called the company to tell them that they needed to update their information and stop giving bad information to brokers. They hung up in my face and blocked our number and gave us a long message about how they do not deal with the actual carriers and they are not responsible for the information they give and the brokers should look up the actual information on the ***** page. sgt ********* book load with freight tech on 5/21 delivery is on 5/24 when driver get at receiver on 5/24 at 4am they say wait, after 4-5 hours they send to other wherehouse , he wait 4-5 hours on other wherehouse , they say afterthat come tomorrow at 4am .on 5/25 driver check in again they say wait we call you after 4-5 hours call driver to go first wherehouse we didn't have space, driver go first whehouse they say no space come tomorrow . we inform broker each day 3-4 times . on next day 5/26 driver go there but they did not open . driver wait whole day no one came , my driver mad , broker is not paying any compensation to driver . on 5/27 he go again and they didn't open . 5/28 they open and take load . broker is not paying anything reefer chicken load broker didn't pay nothing ,I ask broker for compensation but he say write on confirmation no compensation , I say how that possible we hold truk for you 5 days and paying driver and you are not paying us anything . i told him we drop load after we get confirmation from you with layover. he put on carrier 411 for hosting load, but we never do , we deliver when they take it.Initial Complaint

They have advised their members the our company PACE MOTOR LINES *** not to use us as we double book loads.We are a common carrier and not a broker and do not broker any loads. I am submitting a formal complaint against Carrier411 Services, **** regarding a misleading FreightGuard report that unfairly accuses Taakow Trucking LLC of infractions like holding a load hostage and engaging in unethical practices. It's important to note that the contract specified a palletized load, but we received a floor-loaded shipment. This deviation from the agreed terms was not mentioned in the report, which has significantly harmed our ability to secure new contracts, nearly halting our operations and causing major financial and reputational damage.Carrier411 has blocked all communication attempts to address this issue, offering no customer support or dispute resolution. Attached are all relevant emails and signed agreements proving our adherence to the initial terms and showcasing our professionalism.Resolution Sought:Immediate Retraction of the False Report: I request a complete retraction of the report from all platforms to prevent further damage.Public Apology: A formal apology from Carrier411 for their mishandling of the report and the impact on our reputation.Review and Improvement of Dispute Procedures: An overhaul of Carrier411's dispute resolution process is necessary to ensure fairness and efficiency in handling such allegations.Compensation for Damages: Given the substantial business and reputational losses incurred, compensation is warranted.I hope the BBB will assist in a fair review of these matters and support a resolution that addresses the damage inflicted on Taakow Trucking LLC, ensuring the integrity of industry reporting standards is maintained.
