    I have been using carrier 411 for 10+ years , today I called to ask about an address change and the owner ****** ****** asked me if I'm a " boarder *******" I let it go because i was confused , when I proceeded to ask what is the process for address change he started interrogating me about protesting and to go back to my country . he went off on me and I have the recording . my whole staff was listening and we were shocked that this is who we as carriers, brokers keep this man in business. He threatened to find me which is scary because he has my address so i will be turning this recording over to my attorneys and make a complaint against him. he ask me are you " ***** muncher or a ****** " I told him I am neither, but if he didn't like Mexicans or Indians don't take money from them. I spoke calmly but he was in rage... i do see that they have multiple law suits ...but i will no longer be using carrier 411.

    Our business has been turned down for multiple loads due to incorrect data. I attempted to contact them via telephone and was blocked. I emailed the president and operations manager and was blocked I had attached documents to show that the data they have is incorrect. It is beyond frustrating that we cannot get loads due to errors on Carrier 411's part.

    We are a ************************** / most trusted **************** moving over 40 owner operators a day. We encounter scammers and fraudulent activity on daily. We applied to get service with carrier411, however with no explanation we got denied.We asked them, there has to be a reason for denial, but answer is "we cant disclose it". Well the only explanation and assumption is bunch of racist people working at CARRIER411. Unreasonable, unmoral company.

    Carrier 411 is discriminating carrier company, any unfair and without approval documents they put a bad record for carrier. No customer service at all , all phone numbers from calling carriers are blocked. Thats discrimination with people right and its very bad that we start to have that bad experience:(

    We would rate 0 if we could!! BROKERS DO NOT USE CARRIER 411 SERVICES!!! This company puts out false information. I fought all day with FMCSA and state DOT to verify that our safety rating was satisfactory as I know it is. This company is saying our safety rating was bad and that we had no DOT inspections in the last 24 months. Which is bogus. FMCSA and STATE DOT website shows otherwise also per actual people that I spoke to and verified with as well. Very bad entity. Will be calling FMCSA and STATE DOT again tomorrow to show them the BBB rating and reviews for this company. Looking at a class action lawsuit as well!! This HAS TO BE STOPPED. No business should have to go through this and fight to prove what the government websites and/or insurance companies say regarding each individual carrier especially when all government entities are saying everything is good according to their accounts.

    Carrier411 has wrong information regarding our company cargo insurance and I've tried to reach out to show proof and even emailed them a copy of our certificate and called FMCSA to see whats going on and FMCSA told me everything looks good on their end and I not sure why a private entity would put wrong information regarding our company's insurance info.

    I am a licensing company that helps small trucking companies, And Carrier411 is giving out false information. That gives out to brokers and brokers do not give loads to the trucking companies. And it ruins to small trucking companies and prevents from getting sucj load. I called Carrier 411 and right away they have blocked my number and even called from a different number and they refuse to pass my call or even help me in any way to clear my clients information. This very frustrating . Brokers do not go with Carrier411 for information !! go direct with the ********

    If I could give this business no stars I would! I receive multiple emails a day from carriers that do not apply to our business. When I asked those carriers how they received my email, they said it was Carrier 411. I called Carrier ******************************************************************************************************************* They said that this is public information and that I had to email each carrier and ask not to be emailed. I replied that the carriers were getting the information from Carrier 411 and they said there was nothing they could do about it, basically that it was on me. I tried to ask another question and she hung up me. I have never had a professional company treat another professional company in such a manner.
