    Carrier 411 3rd party entity that supposedly provides data from Federal Motor Carrier Administration to Brokers and shipping companies. I have a trucking company that uses brokers and they are providing erroneous information to them. I have no way of correcting bad data and they will not talk to me. They actually blocked my number when I attempt to call them. What I want is for them to correct the erroneous information, because it has an impact on my company's revenue.

    CARRIER 411 ACCEPTED A REPORT FROM A BROKER STATING WE CANCELED A LOAD FOR NO REASON. BROKER WAS INFORMED DRIVER WAS STUCK IN AN ACCIDENT DOWN THE ROAD AND COULDNT MAKE IT ON TIME. SHIPPER DID NOT WAIT FOR DRIVER AND NOW THIS FREIGHT GUARD IR DAMAGING MY GOOD BUSINESS FOR INCORRECT AND A DEFAMATION FOR MY TRUCKING BUSINESS AND MANY MORE CARRIERS.

    Hi My Name is ****, I Booked a load with a broker is called High Priority, the guy i spoke to
    his name is Anthony A*****, my company name is ****'s ******************* (NAE)
    when I get to the shipper, the grad Ignored me
    and they used to check me in the logo on the side of my truck from the previous company that I work with,
    after we discussed, then the broker cancel the load and he file complaints against me on this
    carrier411 and that's effecting me now.
    I was wording how come they just believe on one person with any father discussing the other person and I allowing his to hart innocent person like me, how to fixed this kind of issue

    I booked a load from Quality Logistics LLC d/b/a/ Longship, MC‐778936 for a Wednesday pick up and a Friday delivery to a Walmart facility in Pails Valley OK, specifically from Broker Cody J****. After delivering the load, Walmart left some product in our trailer due to over-shipping, they shipped more than was ordered. I called, and emailed Cody letting him know what happened so he can find a solution to where we were to take the extra product, after advising the product would most likely had to be taken to Dallas, TX I told my driver to start driving down as some time had passed and we had no answers. Cody then calls me and says to go back to the Walmart at 2am, I had my driver go back at my expense, I did not request a fee for having suggested to go to Dallas. I texted Cody asking him for an appt confirmation number or something to show back at 2 am, he sent nothing. At 2 am my driver calls me saying he was rejected as he needed an appt #. I called Cody who seemed to be at a party, club or some sort and he said he didn't have anything, to call him back the next day. I waited until 9 am to call him, and after several calls, email, and texts unsabered, I saw myself forced to contact Prohealth, the client directly so that we can have an answer as I was wasting money, diesel at my expense. They responded saying they sent this info to Cody at 6pm the previous day. When they called him out, he decided to text me several nasty texts calling me an idiot and threatening to not cover my trucks anymore. I asked for the owed layover and Dylan his supervisor defending him and said I was "breaching the contract", which I did not, as I did not try to book a load directly with their clients but instead needed an answer from someone as Cody was non responsive and we had no other point of contact for the load. Dylan stated he was not going to give me any more layover because I made them look stupid in front of the customer. This is beyond disrespectful and I am attaching all proof.
