  We tried setting up a trial to test the product before purchasing, which they offer. Our MC# was used by others twice before so my company no longer qualifies for a trial. I explained it wasn't us and the people he said were on the accounts were not part of our company. I asked where this policy was when setting up our account and the rep "didn't know." Horrible customer service experience, they do not care about their customers and their experience. Clearly they do not check to make sure people using MC#'s are actually part of the company. I guess I will use someone else's but I am so disgusted with this company, they won't get our money.

  When will this company be put out of business 12/06/2022 was told by a broker that they couldn't use me cause of my scores my company is in good standing with FMCSA I've read posts about **************************************************************** a **************** with out giving the **************** the ability to refute the claims a lawsuit needs to be brought against them for reporting information that they don't know to be true just going off of one person's workout of 20 plus years this visit the first time I've encountered this an I've hauled freight for several of the brokers I consider to be top notch brokers

  RUDEST PEOPLE EVER! I just got hung up on by a "representative", no wonder they don introduce themselves when answering the calls, I would've had a name to put on here. She did not greet me on the phone, sounded tired like she did not want to be there, was just rude in general, and bothered to answer questions that she really didn't. Get these people out of a customer service position, clearly, they are not qualified.

  411 carrie report on you and you never done anything wrong host ignore it do not pay 100$ To this web Read it before you pay 100$ Same think I will say they do fall report on you for porpoise to make new career pay them 100 $ a month to chat with someone who you never done business in pass For others broker can see your conversations it what happened to me Try to book a load with a new broker. He told me he cant book a load since my company name listed on carrier 411 as a red sign that we use do double brokerage. I am single Owner operator only one truck .How that will be possible and since its just a prediction based on a prediction of some fools like carrier 411 I was not abler to book a load .

  I am authorized broker providing freight brokerage to shippers. I have been in connection with carrier411 to setup my account with them. Apparently they are discriminating against me maybe because my Caucasian accent. I have provided them with all the paperwork of my authorization, with insurance on file, with banking info to be able register with them but they discriminate. 411carrier is having monopoly in the field and it is very difficult for brokers to operate without a tool that allows them to vet the carriers and they carrier411 uses their advantage of being the only source to discriminate against some races. I would encourage them to connect with me to resolve the issue of approving my account. The last time I was on the phone with customer service, they told that our broker account is not approved and they cant do anything about it and they hang up on me on 08/08/2022.
