      My husband and I just closed on a home in ********, the end of February. We are thrilled to be here and love our new home!We enjoyed working with the sales team: ******* *. (and after ******* was relocated), ****** *. and ***** *. stepped up to assist us. ******* was very helpful even after he was no longer on site and continued to be a great resource and advocate for us. We greatly appreciated working with *******, the building project manager. He was very knowledgeable and helpful with our walk throughs and did an excellent job responding to the "short" punch list, which speaks highly to his work ethic and to the construction of our home. The Neal Communities Funding team, ***** and *********, were also great to work with and both kept us abreast of every step in the process and were always available for any questions we had.Five stars for our experience with Neal Communities - thank you!

      We just closed on our Villa in **********. We were out of state buyers and the team at **** made the entire process very smooth for us. The entire team, ***** from sales staff, the design center staff and especially the construction crew, were amazing the whole way through. A huge thank you to ***** , our construction manager, who gave us weekly updates during the entire process. This made us feel like we were there the entire way. We look forward to working with **** on future purchases.

      Just bought our home in ******* and closed on 1/15/2025. This is our second home purchase in *******, so we know what to expect when to purchasing a new home in *******. Each community has its own team that manages and supervises the build process from beginning to end. This current team working to finish out ******* seems to be doing a good job. **** ***, in the sales center was great to work with and was a great partner. ***, the building project manager, and his team addressed and took care of most every issue that we uncovered during our final walk throughs. *** has still been helpful even though we are now at our 30-day warranty period. Hopefully the warranty team will be easy to deal with at the rest of the **** ******* far it has been a good experience.

      Great sales process and great design. Poor execution; have been lied to by the project manager to our faces, numerous problems with the house from the start and still no resolution. Items from the settlement list are still not fixed almost a year later. Contractors don't show up, no follow up, zero quality control. I'm so aggravated that I wish I had bought somewhere else. Lots of talk and no follow through. At my wits end.
