      We purchased a home in **** Community ********. Our sales person ****** *. very pleasant , helpful and informative She went above and beyond to help us find our new home. She asked many questions on what we were looking for and helped us to obtain our beautiful home. ******** our Construction Manager was so helpful and informative on our walk thru before closing on our home.Thank you, *** and ******

      Great sales process and great design. Poor execution; have been lied to by the project manager to our faces, numerous problems with the house from the start and still no resolution. Items from the settlement list are still not fixed almost a year later. Contractors don't show up, no follow up, zero quality control. I'm so aggravated that I wish I had bought somewhere else. Lots of talk and no follow through. At my wits end.

      Our New Home Sales Associate Connie C**** was fantastic. Extremely pleasant and helpful, but most importantly knowledgeable. She continues to be an excellent source of information. Lee M*****, our Construction Manager kept us up to speed during construction, was extremely detail oriented during our walk thru, and kept in touch after closing. At 30 days, Lee had already addressed anything which would have been on our punch list. Susan and I cannot express our gratitude and respect for the job done by both Connie and Lee. We have lived in our home for 40 days now, encompassing 2 hurricanes, and we could not be more pleased with the construction. Highly recommend Vicenza Community. Mike & Susan F

      Worst builder in the area. Homes are not up to Florida building code. Multiple structural issues and warranty isn’t doing anything about it. Had construction engineer come out to inspect. Also, mold was found in multiple areas just 45 days after closing. Don’t waste your money on such low quality homes.

      Stay away from Neal!!! All about profit. 10 years later they are constructing an apartment complex on a saved parcel in Central Park. And using our lift station to add 609 plus apartments.

      Neal Built Central Park where I purchased a home built by Neal. They set up the planned community. Neal owns the parcel on 44th and Lakewood Ranch Blvd. This is the lot where a 600 unit apartment complex is being placed. This parcel is adjacent to central park and at 6 stories if would overlook our community and utilize Central Parks lift station for sewer. Essentially adding 600 toilets to a communities lift station that already services 826 homes in Central Park. This is not responsible activity by this developer.

      The process of buying a home from **** has been wonderful. *********************** is always pleasant and helpful! ****** reaches out to us and checks in with us from time to time. In addition, *** has been a pleasure to work with throughout our moving in process. He gave a wonderful orientation on our new home and all the features. I have had to reach out to him from time to time for different little issues or questions and he is always willing to head back to our home to assist and or explain things. Great experience overall! We love our new home!
