    Purchased a ******* fridge just over a year ago and it died. ******* uses Cone Appliance to handle all warranty work. I filed my ticket with ******* for the fridge repair on 05/20/25. After multiple calls, finally set up a repair for 06/04/25. Cone Appliance no showed. Call back, nobody answers. Eventually ******* reached out and the earliest date is 06/10/25. This has been the worst most stressful experience trying to get a hold of Cone Appliance and ultimately get my fridge fixed!!!

    I ** **** appliance $485 to repair my refrigerator it wasn't freezing they came out 3 weeks after receiving payment to fix it they put a part on it left the old part and said it should be working making ice by the end of the day 3 weeks later still not working they're not responding to my phone calls emails or text msgs the $485 was for the part replaced and labor I didn't receive a receipt just the text and I also uploaded the email that I sent to them and the part they bought has someone else invoice number on it as a return to repair that's the part they put on my refrigerator that's still not working right now as I'm typing this I have someone here working on it I've been dealing with cone over a month now and is getting nowhere My invoice with cone appliance is ********** all I wanted was for my refrigerator to work just purchased it in Oct 2023 it's a ******* knock refrigerator not even 2 years old my number is *************) Name (Canean ********)

    Trying to have my ******* fridge fixed (ticket #: **********), a tech came to the home on Friday, May 9th and informed me there is a process to get this done, he took pictures and left. I was sent a text on Monday, May 12th with a time frame and a date. I called and told them I would not be available that day/time and was told by the woman who answered the phone too bad. What kind of customer service is that? I was told that the ******* policy was to close all tickets within 7 days therefore I would have to call ******* close the ticket and open a new one and start the whole process again. I called ******* and was informed that is not true and that they would work together to find me a new date/time. I have yet to be contacted and apparently they are going on the date (5/15/25) I said no one would be at the home. I need someone to fix the fridge but be flexible as we are in two different homes an hour away with kids. This is utterly ridiculous that they are NOT flexible and have zero clue to the ******* policies as well as nasty people working with the public.

    Cone Appliance Repair is responsible for servicing my washing machine under an extended warranty i purchased when I purchased my washing machine. It's been over six weeks since I filed my claim and they have not done anything to fix my washing machine. They have not attempted to diagnose the problem but instead order random parts that is NOT the problem. They have tried to close out the claim with the warranty company as completed but have not completed anything. By the repair company dragging their feet and not completing the repairs, it's costing me over $30 per week to wash my laundry at a laundromat.

    Complaint *************** Washer/Dryer ************* Appliance Repair Date of Purchase: November 2024 Date of Installation: January 2025 Issue Reported: January 30, 2025 Ongoing Since: 4+ weeks To Whom It May Concern,I am filing a formal complaint regarding *******s washer/dryer combo units and Cones Appliance Repair, the assigned service *********** November 2024, my husband and I purchased three ******* washer/dryer combos from Lowes. We installed them in January 2025, and immediately, one unit never worked, while another failed mid-cycle, trapping clothes inside.Service Issues:1/30/25: ******* opened a ticket with Cones Appliance Repair.First visit: One tech arrived without tools or parts and said he needed assistance.Second visit (weeks later): Two techs came but only to fix one unit******* had canceled the second ticket without our request.Refused repair: They demanded we sign a waiver stating they werent liable for damage to the second unit while fixing the first. When we refused, they left.Ghosted & ignored calls: The lead tech left without notice, ignored six calls, and never followed up.More delays & cancellations: ******* reopened the case on 2/18, but days later, both tickets were canceled again per customer requestwhich we never made.Current Status (Week 4):Two out of three washer/dryers are still broken (one still has clothes trapped inside).No resolution, no service scheduled, no accountability.Resolution *************************** or replacement of both defective units.A different service provider if Cones Appliance Repair wont complete the job.Clear communication and accountability from ********This situation is unacceptable.     Janurary 2025-Feb 2025 Have scheduled to have my stove fixed 3 times showed once and stayed 5 mins and have never showed up since. Have not come back to fix my stove which is brand new paid off and under warrenty. No call no email nothing. I have had to call ******* multiple times to fix the problem and as of Monday 2/24/2025 the complaint will go to upper management to resole the issue and the issue will not be fixed thru Cone Appliance due to never showing up. When calling the number listed you have to leave a message and text the number. Which for a "professional" business is not professional if you never answer call back or show up for the appointment.

    Please be warned stay away from this product unless you enjoy wasting your money We purchase a bespoke refrigerator and brand new only had it 4 months and it stop cooling We reached out to ******* to get it fixed this has been the biggest scam run around I`ve Ever experienced with a company of this magnitude. first, we were told we have to wait for a repair Company of their choosing to come out to see if it could be fixed which would take a week. mind you this is a refrigerator not a T.V we wait the week service came out which was Cone appliance company tel:********** Fixed it so we thought it cooled for about 12 hours then shut down again we call back to both cone and ******* which cone return 3 days later stated it needed part which had to be ordered, and they would return 5 days later cone call to reschedule another appointment for a week later. Tech returns a week and half later states it cant be repaired and they will contact ******* to close out ticket for a new one or a refund week later we call ******* because we havent seen a email or anything stated this ticket is closed. response they havent return anything to close the ticket another request would need to be open . we call cone for the email which they never send just a lot of run around and non-true of send the email even when we email them to ensure the a the right email address so now almost 5 weeks later ******* wants to send some level 5 person to come look at the refrigerator to see if they can fix it guess how long before they come week so if this is what you want to experience go for it but to me a company as big as ******* shouldnt have to rip people of to make money and if you can avoid cone as well because there only delaying in a effort to made you give up and just purchase a new one

    12/19/24 *** **** the owner of Cone Appliance Repair came into my home and was rude offensive and made me extremely uncomfortable to where I asked him to begin /Letting him know that I will be recording this because of how I was feeling with him in my home. I will also be filing a police report with the *********************************, but I also have a video of the how belligerent and how rude and how nasty and offensive he was in my home. Theyve already been to My Home three times trying to fix the product on top of that he gave the authority to one of his associates to break the door off the appliance and now thats another excuse as to why its gonna be delayed again. When I contacted the office to file a complaint with their company thats when the manager ***** informed me when I asked forDonss last name and I realized it was Cone. I asked him if he was the owner and he said yes so my complaint will go on death ears and that is correct. After reading the reviews because I purchased the product from ********** and it was who they use for the warranty company online. I have notified ********** as well. I will be notifying ******* next, but I did read the reviews and was beside myself with the amount of complaints that they have, how rude, offensive, and do not get the work done and drag it out on a product that is broken. I either want my refund as they explained to me that ******* would be warranting it out last week, but then they decided and said oh no ******* will not warranty it out till they try one more thing, but ******* is unaware that they broke the door hatch again I have all of this by text messaging and I have today what happened on video that also has that information included in it. I either want my money back or back the ********** credit card that was used.

    Have been getting the run around from Cone Appliance and ******* since 11/20/24. I was told by ******* that Cone Appliance is the only servicer in my area (for a refrigerator issue to get looked at). The compressor is most likely gone out (which the compressor is still under warranty although the fridge is not). However, since 11/20/24 Ive spoken with Cone Appliance ONCE!on 12/4/24. I was in the process of scheduling a technician to come out but was informed that my ticket number had been changed by ******* (for whatever reason) and that I would receive a call back within ***** hours! Its now 12/9/24 and Ive yet to speak with anyone! Ive made numerous phone calls to Cone Appliance , but no one answers and you absolutely cannot leave a message!!! How is this customer service?!! This has been one of the most awful, stressful situations that I e ever had to deal with when it comes to customer service and getting an ********************** serviced!

    My original contact was with ************* The icemaker in our refrigerator had been replaced by service **** on two different occasions in prior years. Once by U break I fix and once by ***** *****. Both companies were very professional and communicated well.The icemaker failed in early Sept. 2024. I contacted ******* and they created ticket #********** on Sept 30. On Oct 2 they created ticket #********** to repair icemaker. They sent Cone appliance repair as their service ****. **** the tech (*****) assessed the situation, he emphatically said the problem **- no water to the ice maker. IT IS DEFFINATELY THE THE WATER FILTER HOUSING. He called ******* from our kitchen and was told the part would be sent to Cone appliance repair. He said he would return when the part was received and finish the job.I made numerous calls to Cone who NEVER returned my calls. I contacted ***** the tech rep ** he claimed the part was not covered and I would have to pay for it in order for icemaker to work. I agreed to paid to have it fixed. On Nov 13 he installed the new housing. Then he realized it was not that part. The problem still exists.I'm requesting full compensation of charges from Cone Appliance repair and a new repair company from ******* going forward. I will contact *******.
