    Horrible company. Poor customer service. Rude at best. They do not guarantee their work. I called this date multiple times and they disconnected the call. I advise anyone considering this company to find another!!!!!

    ****** **** you have the ************* I have ever seen. No response to texts emails or calls. Closed the ticket from ******* when the job was not finished washer/dryer still does not work. How are these people still in business. Tried calling the owner and he said he could not talk to me. ******* keeps telling me wait for them to come and fix my machine. I will never buy another ******* or buy another machine from ***** because they use cone appliance. I really hope someone shuts them down. ******* tells me no one else fixes there units but cone what a shame they get paid regardless if the job is done. I keep seeing the same complaints from everyone. I just dont get it. How can this company still be in business.

    April 2024 ******* Warranty gave us Cone Appliance for our ******************** Contract from **********. Calls/messages weren't answered then suddenly someone was scheduled to come out. Tech came out, said he would order parts and would call. I asked for a receipt, so I could submit to ********** for reimbursement of the Service Call. "The office can get you one", he said . Weeks went by, No call. We called, finally reached someone, and the parts were in. A tech came out and installed parts. We paid for the parts, so again, I asked the tech, after he completed the work, for a receipt to submit to **********. He again said the Office can get you one. (Total we paid was $343.45) We called the office and left too many messages to even count. When someone did answer, we told them we needed a receipt. Nothing. In June, we received a email from *** ****. He had typed up an email for the receipt. I sent to ********** Service Plan for reimbursement and they denied. The receipt needed to be an official letter head receipt with name, address, etc of the company. We replied to *** **** asking for a "real receipt".. to please send photo or mail a real receipt, because ********** would not accept the email. We have tried numerous times to ask him to send us a "real receipt"... Nothing. So frustrated and annoyed. This company was the only one ******* gave us and now we are out $343. ********** was no help either. AND the Refrigerator still doesn't work! We do NOT recommend this company.If you have to use ******* Warranty for Service and they send you to Cone Appliance ... get another company.

    I've called Cone Appliance for my Sansung service several times and you only hear a recording which hangs up on you. Not a company you can fully trust if they don't answer the phone or your not able to leave a message; Cone does not return calls. It's very frustrating to deal with them as Samsung's warranty service provider. 4 November 2024 PS - After 5 calls someone answered and said they were having issues with the phone. Right?

    They are dishonest. They say one thing and don't follow through. They came to fix our washing machine but needed other parts and said they'be in the following week. It'now been 4 weeks and we haven't heard from them. They answered the phone once and said they'd be at the house in 4 days....NOTHING!!!! They won't even answer the phone now. If I could lease a rating of -1 I'd do it.If you're contemplating using them,,DON'T!!!!!!!***** K

    I was hung up on it called over 50 times and didn't get an answer i was scheduled 3 appointments no one has came out yet no one has reached out to fix anything no 1 has reached out to me about the parts they don't call back u email them they don't respond horrible company i don't know why their not shut down yet they are a scamming company their a scam has to be

    ******* needs to find another authorized service company. Cone doesn't answer or respond to emails, texts or answer voicemails. My 3rd service call was a no-show and the 4th time the tech reported to ******* there was nothing wrong with my fridge but spent 2 hours fixing it. Only to see the fridge died again the following morning. When you get a service appointment there is no modifying it, it is when it is otherwise they will tell you they service the entire state, they don't have enough technicians and they will cancel your ticket and make you re-initiate the service claim. DO BETTER CONE!

    H*******!!!! I give this come 0 stars!!!! Cone Appliance Repair was contracted by ******* to fix my dryer that was still under warranty. The first available appointment was a week after I called *******. Day before they were supposed to come out, they sent a text saying they couldn't come until next week due to not having enough technicians. A technician came for the scheduled appointment. He said he had to order parts and would take 1-2 weeks. 2 weeks later, scheduled another appointment. A different technician came out and said that the part he had was not the problem and had to order another part. This would take 1-2 weeks. About a week later, they scheduled an appointment for a week and a half later. No one showed up for the appointment. The next day, we looked at our repair order online with ******* and it showed the repair was completed. COMPLETED?!?!?! NO ONE CAME TO FIX MY DRYER!!! We had to call ******* and let them know no one fixed my dryer. I called and no one answered and mailbox was full so I could not leave a message. I messaged them through their website with no response. I sent them an email which was sent back to me as undeliverable. HIGHLY DO NOT RECOMMED THIS COMPAY TO ANYONE!!!!!!

    Would give a 0 if I could. Technician never called or showed up during 5 hour window that my wife took off work and stayed home for. Showed up 2 hours later..never apologized but to his credit was quick and efficient. As he left he stated if the ice maker did not start making ice just call the office and he would come back. No ice being made so I have called the office and left 2 messages. No one answers the phone and no call back. ******* needs to find a reliable business to represent them. This one is.not it
