    On 9/21/24 I purchased a dryer from **********. When the dryer was delivered and installed on 10/1/24, it did not work. So I called ********** and they agreed to send out their appliance repair contractor, Cone Appliance Repair. The service date was scheduled for 10/8/24 but that was rescheduled to today, 10/18/24 due to Hurricane ******. I am being told that they cannot come out today and they have tentatively rescheduled me to Monday, 10/21/24. When I tried to call them to find out why they could not come today, I just got their voicemail and no response. This company is totally unprofessional and inept! I also filed a complaint against **********. They are both complicit in not performing as agreed to.

    I believe it was 9/30/24 that I realized my ******* refrigerator was not cooling. We called a local repair man and he came out took one look at it said the compressor had died and we would have to call Cone which we did. After a week a Cone repair man came out agreed that the compressor had died but he didnt have the tools to fix it. The refrigerator is a 2021 model and out of warranty but the compressor has a 10 year warranty. We have called again last week and were given the run around and have still not heard from anyone as to when this will be fixed. The original ticket number is **********.

    ******* refrigerator purchased March 2023 there have been several work orders to repair icemaker. The last repair replaced ice maker but it quit working after a few days. We replace filter as instructed by repairman. Still does not work and a part fell off refrigerator last night. We are not sure where it goes. We Purchased 5 year warranty at time of purchase we got refrigerator. Cone Appliance claims they did not complete their work order started about 2 weeks ago stating we only had a one year warranty. No one from their office ever called us to tell us anything. My husband gave ******* the information off the purchase receipt to get them to correct in the records to show 5 year warranty.when I finally reached their office and spoke to an agent getting the claim of no warranty now the female would not try to resolve any issues. Their phone service cuts off after their greeting message and they did not answer the phone until I called a dozen or more times in a roll. I sent an email to ******* corporate office yesterday. I missed a call from someone saying they were answering my email but after I tried to call back the phone just went to ******* stating it could not be connected. What kind of company is this and the appliance company as well? No customer service after full purchase. I do not usually purchase the warranty feeling as if it is a waste which now I see I must be correct. My refrigerator starting having issues in 2023 which should not happen. High cost but no service why? Please help.

    This company was very dishonest. They claimed that they called ******* and discussed my washer and dryer with them being that it was under warranty after calling ******* realized that no one had ever contacted them. They also put in the system that my washer and dryer was fixed, even though they told me that it was not fixed, it took 30 days to get it fixed and at that time when they put away my washer and dryer, they did not hook up my waterline and they flooded my condo at I contacted them and told them that my unit was damaged and that I had a fee for cleaning everything up. he told me he would call me back. I told him youve said that every time I call you. They started screaming at me and would not even discuss it. This is a fraudulent company. I have a tempted numerous times to reach out to the owner. He continues to lie and say hes calling you back, but he does not call back.

    GE contacted Cone Appliance repair to repair a washer/dryer combo unit. They scheduled my appointment for 6/7/24. They called back the next day and said they had an opening for 6/6/24 between 1pm and 6pm. I took off work to wait for them and they never showed up. They didn't call and wouldn't answer my texts. I received a text on 6/7/24 saying that they ran into a problem and moved my appointment to 6/12/24 between 12pm and 5 pm. Never mind that they makes my machine down for a month. I needed my laundry done plus I already took off work to wait for them. So I'm out $100 from work and still have no machine.

    Cone appliance sent out ****** on multiple occasions, as of Friday may 24th advised the fridge as unrepairable however closed the ticket as completed and that the fridge was working , I havent had a working fridge since April 27th I cant believe how incompetent this company is. All Id like is for the report to be corrected and sent back to ******* and to Best Buy the same.

    Cone Appliances are a preferred repair company for ******** but the technicians that go for claims, visit the home, I assume to get the visit payment and then close the ticket with ridiculous excuses. In my case he told ******* that my one month old stove was broken beyond repair and to close my ticket and to close the warranty as it is unfixable. The company never did a courtesy call for an update and I have been calling the company for the past 3 days. This company is ripping ******* off and its customers.

    I bought a ******* dryer in April 2023 and it broke in less than a year. Being under warranty, ******* sent a technician from Cone to repair it. The technician took a few minutes to look at it and told my wife he would help us out by reporting cosmetic damage to the dryer, which would put ********** at fault obligating them to exchange it. After countless phone calls between ********** and ******* my family is now left with a broken dryer and both companies refusing to help. I have never seen a report even after texting the technician asking for one, and I even sent pictures of the dryer to ******* showing that there is no outside cosmetic damage that would cause the banging noise inside the dryer. His wording in the report has relieved ******* of any obligation to help us and they wont even send a repairman for a second opinion. The technician didnt even fully put the dryer back together, with a bottom mount and plastic piece sitting on top, and screws missing. I will continue to escalate this however I can because as honest customers with a 2 month old baby in and out of the hospital, this was a completely preventable stressor and verges on fraud.

    Cone is the company that ******* has been using for their repairs. I needed my stove top replaced and had an appointment. Cone Appliance was the company assigned to do the job. They contacted me by text on the Tuesday before my Friday appointment saying the part came in early and could they come the next day on Wednesday. I text back advising I would like to keep the Friday appointment. On Friday morning I received a text that they would need to reschedule because the part was lost in transit. This was the same part that they said on Tuesday came in early. I tried calling and texting them every day for a week but got no one. I called ******* a number of times who also called and emailed them and got no answer. A week went by and I received a call from a guy who claimed to be a supervisor, he assured me someone would be at my house on Monday to fix my stove. Monday came and went no one came, no one called, no one , texted, no one answered my phone calls, no one answered ******* phone calls or emails and my stove is still not fixed.

    Cone sent a technician to my home for a repair. The technician was careless and caused an accident worth around $2000. ********* said they would take care of it, now they are ignoring calls and avoiding all contact. Repair still not completed
