    Fred K was very efficient. He serviced my 2 year old system, installed surge protectors on the system to protect digital components and reported duct issues that need attention by others. As always, PCS always makes the customer satisfied by their professionlism .

    As far as plumbing very good. But as far as installing ac not that good. They installed the condenser with the name plate facing the wall. which means the copper is exposed to being damaged. They say its done that way for better access to electric components. Wrong. They're not trained to to things to make it LOOK GOOD and correct. This was not done at my house. If you choose them don't let them do this. My back ground has been ac and thought by very experienced techs. Looks says how they feel about there job.

    Pinellas Comfort Services is an outstanding company with extremely service and staff. Their staff are very polite and and professional. They changed out my A/C system with a new unit that is exceptional and expect my electric cost will be considerably reduced. I would refer my family and friends to use them without reservation
