    Used pack and load to load a pod. **** arrived on time, worked carefully and diligently. They kept me informed on how it was going and loaded the pod full.

    The pack and load crews at both locations were excellent; professional and very qualified. Happy Movers from ********, ** was contracted to unload in *******,**. They are the best and deserve the highest recommendation possible.

    The 2 guys that did the job were great other then the hole in the wall they made, my complaint is with billing office no contacting me and deciding to first try and take out $140 dollars and got declined and then charging $70 for half an hour of work that ********* says I was 15 minutes over the initial 3hr time limit which in that 15 minutes was the workers loading their cars, filling out paperwork. They couldn't call or email me about any late charges, 15 minutes over is $35 not $70 and next time maybe inform your customers on late fees, ***** never brought that up but wanted that payment as fast as possible

    Great service, easy to schedule. Vendor came out and packed everything efficiently. The secret is to have everything ready for them and moving blankets on hand. We went so far as to have all our boxed goods in one large room so they could come in and select what they needed. Company called throughout the process to make sure things were going well and then again afterwards to make sure we were happy with the service and to see if we needed the movers longer. Thank you for taking some of the stress out of our move!
