My wife tried a trial membership back in April 2023. We canceled after first month and they have continued shipping product and charging our card ****** a month. We did not receive a cancellation request from you in the allotted time, so we naturally assumed that you were satisfied with the product and charged you accordingly, as agreed to by the Terms and Conditions.
Your account was canceled and refunded $59.99 on 08/31/23 as you agreed to keep the last order. As a one time courtesy, we went ahead and issued an additional refund $140.00 without the need to return the products. Was charged on 8/2/223 for $169.99, I never reordered this product and was charged for something I never received! This company is a complete scam and looks like they use a subscription service that you have no knowledge of. On May 13, 2023, we did order from BioScience. Confirmation received but nothing was said over the phone or verified about it being a repeat order. On May 14, 2023, we decided to cancel our order, so sent an email to BioScience. We received that order so assumed it was too late to cancel when we did on May 14, 2023.Then, on June 23, 2023, we noticed a charge of $199.99 on our account from **********************. Immediately called them and received a notification on June 25th that the order #******DCD1 was cancelled. We received the package, even after cancellation. Went through all the steps to send the unopened package back to BioScience and received emails from BioScience that a refund would be issued, minus a restocking fee. We initially disputed even the restocking fee because of cancelling our order, but then decided getting $165 instead of the full abount of $199.99 was better than nothing. Emailed and called BioScience multiple times about our refund. We still have not received our refund and they say our account has been closed.Business Response

Company sold a product for $169.99 and there was no disclosure that this was a recurring charge. The initial date was 5/17/2023 and the next charge I noticed from them was 8/1/2023 for $339.98 and there was never a product sent between the initial purchase and the new charges. I would not have purchased the product if I knew this was a recurring charge. The product was completely ineffective also.Business Response

On 5/27/23 I ordered merchandise from this company totaling $259.99. I changed my mind on the product. I was instructed by the company to return the merchandise for a refund less inventory restocking fee. Return of the merchandise was completed and acknowledged on 6/7/23 via **** tracking #**********************. The company says they refunded the Total $210.99($46.00 trace #********** and $164.99 trace #*********) to my ************ on 6/22/23. I disputed the returned merchandise with my ************ and they say they do not see any credit back to the account. The company insists the credit was sent back to the account. I am rejecting this response because:
I have sent numerous e-mails to this company. Today I called the company, and they are stating that the merchant ID is closed, and I cannot get a refund. Apparently, I filed a dispute with my bank 2 times (that was on the companies advise) once I filed the dispute, the Merchant ID was closed and they can no longer refund the money. They insisted that they do not advise their clients to file a dispute. That I should have made an inquiry and the two are different. ******** stated there is nothing they can do. *********** is saying there is nothing they can do. I am stuck in the middle and out the refund. What other avenues do I have?
