      My bank account is continuing to be charged $129.99 monthly. There is no information to call to cancel. I do not want the products anymore and need to cancel these monthly transactions.

      I have been receiving unwanted product from this company. I have been out of town and the packages arrived while I was away. I tried emailing them and they did not respond. After hours of investigating I was able to find a contact number. They are only able to refund the last package. I have two more I want a refund for. Package 1: **** tracking # **** **** **** **** **** 77 Delivery 5/11/2023 Amount $199.99 Package 2: **** tracking # **** **** **** **** **** 04 Delivery 04/04/2034 Amount $199.99 Both packages are unopened. I would like to have them returned and refunded. They will not do this! Please help!

If you have not cancelled your account has rolled into a monthly subscription as agreed to by the terms and conditions (you had to agree to the terms to be able to place the order). We did not receive a cancellation request from you in the allotted time, so we naturally assumed that you were satisfied with the product and charged you accordingly, as agreed to by the Terms and Conditions.

      We went ahead and issued a full refund for the last order in July. Please allow **** business days depending on your bank's processing time for the credit to reflect back to your account.

      Rest assured, the account is canceled and you won't receive any further charges.

      Order in April from BioScience 2 bottles of BCD gummies for $69, BioScience switched my order to 5 **** and charged me $199.98, called to complain. They gave me the following address: BioScience. POBox 576, ******* *******, *****. Sent back, certified mail on May 9.. communicated at least a 12+ times over the next 2 months getting the run around. On Aug. 2, received an email that they close my account down stating that they are unable to issue my refund. Called BioScience customer support ************), for further info, they stated there was an error and to call the bank. Asked what the error was and would not tell me. So I called my bank, my bank stated there was no attempt or record of BioScience making an effort to refund my money to my account. I returned several calls to BioScience, each time a different representative, with the same answer, there was an error, asked what it was, and told that they could not tell me and told they could not offer my refund. I asked to talk to somebody who could, they stated they could not help, said they were sorry and hung up on me

      I ordered the *** Gummies. Was supposed to be buy one, get two free. for $29.99. I received 5 bottles, and was charged $199.99. After speaking to the company several times, and their promise to refund my money on the unopened, returned gummies, I have not received a refund!

      Purchased their product online in May, 2023. Company signed me up for monthly subscription and charged me $139.98 at the end of June, 2023. They never sent the product to me (i think they were just seeing if i check my credit card statement). Then on August 1st, they charged my credit card $139.98 not once but twice. My credit card notified me of these charges. I was able to call the company and cancel my subscription. The company did refund me for the 2 charges in August but refuses to refund my June charge of $139.98. I have called numerous times and get various types of excuses as to why they can't give me a refund.

      I am rejecting this response because: you are claiming that you sent an extra payment on August 1st.  You charged me 2 times on August 1st for $139.98.  So the extra payment was actually to make up for the double charge.  You now owe me for the July 4th charge that you never sent the product and am only making excuses for why you cant refund me.  I told you guys you are messing with the wrong person.  I also have filed a complaint with the ******* *************************  You will be hearing from them soon.  Like I said before, you should just be honorable and give me my refund that is due to me.

      I am rejecting this response because: it is totally false!!!  You only refunded $139.98 twice because that is what you charged me on 8/1/23.  Although you sent me a confirmation email that you were going to refund my 7/4/23 charge, YOU never did cause you said it was after your 30 day limit.  After I complained that you never sent me the product, you then gave me the excuse that the company changed and I would have to get a refund from my bank.  Please stop with these lies and all of this after checking bs.  Bottom line is that you charged my credit card 3 times for $139.98 ( without sending me anything) and only refunded me 2 times.  You still owe me $139.98 and Im sure the BBB can see through all your lies like I do.

      On the 6/22/23 I noticed a charge of $199.99 from BIOSCIENCE as a recurring payment. I had only ordered the initial allotment. I called the company listed on the bottles and also called the bank and they put a temporary stop payment. The person I talked to was rude and was not very helpful. She insisted on having a three way call with the bank. I am 80 years old and explained I did not know how to do that. They went ahead and processed the order and then I received a package with another set of pills .I have been trying ever since to find out how to get a return label so I can get a refund. If there is anything you can help with I would be very great full.

      I initiated a refund request on 05/31/2023 and as of this date O7/26/2023 i have not received the refund. I have made a number of calls to Bio Science and at the conclusion of each call I have been told that the refund will be completed within 7 to 10 days after the call. Seven to ten days has come and gone a number of times and still no refund.P 07/26/

      This is the same response I was given on 5/31/2023, 6/27/2023, 7/10/2023, 7/17/2023, 7/26/2023 and 7/28/2023.  Still no refund.  Always the ****************** is going to fix the problem within 24 to 48 hours.  As of today today we have 36 hours since Friday the 28th.  A total of 6 phone calls to Bio Science and 6 promises from Bio Science that it would be fixed and it still is not fixed.

      On June 19,2023 I purchased Keto+ACV Gummies from BioScience (AnatomyOne) as an online purchase. I took 3 snapshots of the phone screen which I have attached. The purchase was for 3 bottles of gummies and 2 were "free". Once I saw the final receipt, they were not free! The transaction went through on my debit/mastercard on 6/20/23. The receipt is attached. I made this purchase as a one-time purchase. A month later (July 25, 2023), a charge for $199.99 showed up on my bank card. This was not an authorized transaction. I called their customer service number ************ and noted all of the above. The customer service rep (clearly in another country) proceeded to tell me that the Terms and Conditions of the purchase included a recurring subscription. This was not clearly identified or noted in the purchase. She said that I had 30 days following the initial purchase to call and cancel but since I did not know that this was a recurring subscription, I did not call. As I mentioned before, I was under the impression that this was a one-time purchase. She noted that since the charge had already been completed and the additional 5 bottles of gummies had been shipped, there was nothing she could do about this charge. I kept complaining. She said that she would cancel any further recurring shipments and charges and provide a 30% credit on this latest charge. (photos of those emails attached). That was all she could do. This is completely unacceptable knowing that I'm out money for something I don't want. And knowing that this will most likely happen to other people is wrong.
