On 5/11 my 90 year old husband ordered items from this company. He agreed to $39.99, however there were 2 withdrawals from our checking account, $60 and $199.99. When I contacted the company of 5/12 and requested the order be canceled and our money refunded, I was advised that wasn't possible but a refund of $78 would be made. As of this date, 6/2, there has been no refund. On May 30 I called and advised we had not received any product and again requested a refund. I was told to contact the post office about no delivery. The response from the post was that the wrong address was on the package with the tracking number the company provided. When I again contacted the company they advised this is a problem with the post office and no them. So we are out $259.99 and have absolutely nothing to show for it. I have reviewed the response made by the business in reference to complaint ID ********, and find that this resolution is satisfactory to me with one addition. On May 12 I was advised by ***** at Bio Science that I would be refunded $78. As of this date, June 13, I have not received that amount. I believe that is what they are referencing in the statement - "we went ahead and issued an additional refund of $181.99 today". Refund of $78 plus the $181.99 constitutes the entire amount my husband was charged, and since we never received any product - as determined by the **** email - I feel a full refund is warranted.

I placed what I thought was a one time order with this company. While doing so, I was scammed into paying for 2 bottles of detox pills. I clearly selected that I didn't want them, but I was charged anyhow. I let it go. I was the idiot ordering some magic pill to try to lose weight. So they got their $199 plus another $60 totaling $259.99. That was sometime in April. Then I noticed on May 11th my card was charged $199 again! What? I didn't place another order! I called them on May 24th. I was told they issued a refund of $169. It is now June 2nd. 9 days later and it still hasn't appeared. I disputed with my bank now since it seems I am waiting on a refund that is not coming. I told them to mark this company as fraud and to never let them try to take another dime from me. I am rejecting this response because: The business is stating they issued me a refund of $169 on 5/16. The product didn't not even arrive to my home until 5/24, which I then called and was told I'd supposedly get that refund. No mention of shipping anything back, just told my subscription I did not knowingly sign up for was cancelled and I'd get that refund. It is now 11 business days since and that refund is no where in sight.On June 3rd someone from the company via email asked me to send photos of the unopened bottles. I did. I then asked 2 times how much they would be refunding. I did not get an answer.
I reached out to the fraud department of my credit card. After speaking with them, they told me to send the product back and provide them with the tracking number. I did that on Tuesday June 6th. The package includes the 5 bottles of product I did not order with the original packaging inside a white bag. The tracking number is through the **** and is 9505 **** **** **** **** 91. That package should be arriving today per the ****.
As of June 6th, my credit card fraud department was not showing any pending deposits back to my account.

I ordered online some Keto/ACV gummies to try for weight loss on April 14, 2023. When I was completing the transaction, I expected an opportunity to review my order, which I was expecting to cost about $60.00. The transaction processed and the total came up that they were charging my account $199.99!!!! They also added a "cleanse" product for an additional $60.00. In the confirmation I received, it said if there is a problem with the delivery address, please call immediately. The address was not the problem, they had charged me far more than I expected and I wanted to cancel my order. I called the number and got a voice mail. This was late one evening after business hours. I called again the next day and both times I left a detailed message with my contact info. I received the product within the next few days with zero packing slip or contact information. On May 15, 2023, I was again charged $199.99, my husband questioned me about it and I thought he was referring to the original $199.99 When I balanced my checkbook I found the second charge for $199.99, Later that day a package was delivered with the gummies. I never re-ordered this product. I want to return it and receive a refund. My bank tells me that this is a "re-occurring charge" and I must dispute it at the bank and change my debit card.Business Response

On May, 8, 2023, I received an unsolicited package at my front door containing five bottles of a product called CBD Gummies and two bottles of CBD Capsules from Ship Matrices ( a company aparently owned by BioScience). I did not order this product! There was no shipping invoice or data indicating who shipped the unwanted product other than the labeling on the bottles. I contacted my credit card company and found that I had been charged $199.99 for the Gummies and $60 for the Capsules with a order number 56906630E0 and a **** tracking number **** **** **** **** **** 80. I attempted to contact Bio Science and Ship Matrices several times beginning 5/12/23 finally receiving a response on 5/17/23. They gave me a suspicious RMA number using my last name and zip code. I asked for a return label because I did not order this product. BioScience refuses to pay for the return costs or provide me with a shipping label.I DO NOT USE mind altering drugs and I DID NOT ORDER THIS PRODUCT! I have no idea how they got my credit card data. I am rejecting this response because:I DID NOT ORDER THESE MIND ALTERING DRUGS! I will not invest one cent to return it!! I've had to cancel my credit card because I was assured it was hacked somehow. Now, I have to change all my business dealings and log in procedures because if this despicable drug peddler.
I asked them to send me a return label so the "garbage" they peddle can be return to them but they refused. SO, I gave them until the end of the day Friday, May 26th 2023 to send the label or I would turn this junk over the the police. Ironically, all it takes is for them to produce a return label, scan it and send the image to me but these cheapskates won't even do that. Laughable; I'm sure this junk costs a lot more than the 5 to 10 dollars for the return shipping. I intend to proceed with that ultimatum.
Finally, I consider their feigned business like response to you pretending to be a legitimate company to be an insult.

In April I ordered bio science gummies weight loss. In May much to my surprise there was another charge for $199.00 on my credit card. I called the company on May 8 and told them I didnt sign up for a subscription and after reading the warnings on the package I threw them out. They stopped my subscription but said they could only refund $100 because the second order had been shipped. Except they hadnt been shipped.I would have to return them before I got the rest of my money. Its now 11 days later and I called again only to be told the same thing again only to find out they had never been shipped..said they had to reorder them so I could send them back, So they expedited them so I would get them just to return. Why didnt they cancel the order since it never shipped. Why bother shipping them Im 80 years old and handicapped and now I have to wait until the gummies get here, call the company on how to return them, go to post office and then wait, heaven only know, for my refund to be posted on my credit card. I tried to order ONE bottle of the Keto+ACV and when I tried to check out I was offered a deal to buy 5 bottles for ******. There was no option to decline or go back to erase my credit card information so I closed the browser without confirming the transaction. I then received a confirmation email and my credit card was charged ******. I immediately reported the transaction to my credit card company as fraud, but still received the 5 bottles anyway and the charge went through. I wrote it off as a mistake on my part until I was charged a recurring charge. I contacted the customer support and the representative said the order was already fulfilled and there was nothing that could be done. She then offered to refund 50%, then retracted and said again that it was too late. I've blocked this company on my credit card, so this should not be paid and this representative canceled the fraudulent subscription. BBB I ordered something by mistake they were keto gummy bears to help you lose weight.
