I ordered keto gummies from this company, supposedly for buy one for $38.00 get one free. Before you can get out of the web site another ad came up for a detox product that was $60.00. I didnt want that product, but couldnt get off the page without clicking on. I called the company and told them I dont want the detox product, just the gummies. Well the company charged me a total of $129.99 and I only got 2 bottles of gummies that should have only cost $38.00. An order of so called vitamins were shipped to our home and charged to our bank account for *********** called the phone number on the bottle and they told us how to return them and according to the *** tracking number, they were returned to them. On April 12, 2023 I ordered the Keto-ACV Gummy and was charged $199.99 and then another charge for $60.00. I received 5 bottles of the gummies. I tried to call and see why I was being charged the additional $60, but the call kept disconnecting. I left it alone, now on May 13, 2023 there was a charge of $199.99 and June 16, 2023 another charge for the same amount. I did not received anymore bottles after the initial 5 bottles. I have called multiple times and this is not getting resolved. I returned three bottles of their product and they say they cannot reimburse me the $84 because I did not have a *** number. In the meantime I got another shipment of five bottles, charging me the $199 again. They say they cannot reimburse me with the *** number and wanted me to take pictures and sent it in to get the number. I don't know how to do that. It's been a scam from the beginning. I received a package of supplements on 6/20/23. I did not order these supplements. There was no packing list or order form in the package and the return address was to ** box 97 in *******, **. I was very confused by this package. I started investigating by looking up the ** box because there is no website or phone number anywhere in the package or on the product. I found a lot of complaints to BBB about a supplement company based in ******* called Bioscience. Some of the complaints were about a package of supplements being delivered to them they did not order and being charged for them. This concerned me so I started going through my bank and credit card accounts. Sure enough, I have two charges on my credit card on 6/14/23. One for $60 at 3:16pm and another for $199.99 at 3:14pm. $259.99 total. I was at work at this time and my credit card was locked in a safe. The charges are from a company called Bioscience e-commerce. I alerted my credit card company of the fraud. My card has been canceled and they are opening an investigation. I had never heard of Bioscience until today. I have never visited their website or ordered anything from them. This seems like a scam. I would like $259.99 refunded to my credit card. I am rejecting this response because: I have not received a refund yet. They have a couple more business days to issue a refund but BBB required a response within 10 calendar days. If they issue the refund I will update my complaint but I have no faith they will actually issue the refund. As I stated in my original complaint, I had never heard of this company before the unauthorized charges to my credit card. I never visited their website. I never gave them my credit card information. For them to say I initiated an order with them is untrue. I hope they follow through with the refund but I doubt they will.

Somehow this company claims that my daughter placed an order although she has never visited their website. We received a package of vitamins on 4/7/23. There was no company name or description on the package. After opening and finding the "order" information she searched her email and found an email about the order. She previously thought it was SPAM since she placed no such order.She searched her credit card for a charge and found none. A couple days later I found the charge on my credit card for $199.99. $200 for gummy vitamins??I called and explained that this order was never placed and that I wanted a full refund. They tried negotiating for me to keep the vitamins at various discounted prices. After several threats to refute the charge with my credit card they finally offered an **** I was given totally different RMA numbers over the phone and through email. They also said it would take 5-8 weeks to process the **** They had me return the package to a PO Box. Everything about this company appears phishy.I called back 7 weeks later with no notice that they had received the package or were processing the return. On the call the acknowledged receipt and offered the refund minus a $35 restocking fee which was never mentioned previously. After arguing again that this order was never placed and I don't know how they even got my credit card the best they would do is lower the restocking to $17.50.I am still out $17.50 that they would not refund and $10 shipping fee. Totally understandable if I actually placed an order. No order was placed. I would still like to get this $27.50 refunded.Business Response
