  Similar to many others this company is a SCAM !! An order for $49.99 turned into a forced purchase of another item (no option to cancel but required to place initial order) with $49.99 purchase turning into $199.99 and forced order of $60… Tried to cancel immediately and did receive an e-mail stating Cancelled. Charges still showed up on credit card and items via the mail. Customer service not willing to co-operate on returns, so I turned to credit card dispute process through my credit card company…

  Place an order for $69.00 and when order placed the amount was switched to $199.00 a higher amount. I returned items back for a refund in May and still have not received the refund. The company has acknowledged that they received the return and has claimed that they refunded to my credit card but funds do not show up on my card. I have been given multiple refund confirmation numbers with no luck receiving my refund. Do not do business with this company..

  WOW, what a rip off, I had order one time at the cost. $129.99 for the pills when I got my order there was also 3 extra bottles of DETOX pills, looked at my CC charge and it was $199.99. I did not order them how can they just charge my card and ship them to me? I did not authorize it! I called and spoke with a Stephanie and she shared i would be charge for them to restocked & the warehouse charges also for the inspection of product. I said I DO NOT WANT IT JUST WOULD LIKE TO HAVE A TOTALY REFUND, I DID NOT AUTHORIZE THE EXTRA COST! NOR DO I WANT ANY MORE SENT TO ME OR CHARGED ON MY CARD! She shared to keep it they would refund $130.00 and only charged $60.00 HUMM NOT, she charged me $129.99 and a credit of $60.00 then I got charged again on May24th CHARGED $99.99 then received the product again few days ago. Really, I tried calling today and got someone I COULD NOT UNDERSTAND AND ASKED IF I COULD TALK TO SOMEONE ELSE AND GOT SAID NO, I SAID I WOULD CALL BACK... SO MY TOTAL IS $298.97 I pray we can get this resolved and our money back. May I add I also repeated I would return it all! I DO NOT APPRECIATE THEM ADDING MORE MONEY TO MY CHARGE CARD AT ALL! I WOULDN'T DO THIS FOR ANY COMPANY! ALSO, I WILL RETURN IT ALL I HAVE NOT OPENED ONE BOTTLE OF THIS. THANK YOU AND JUST BEWEAR OF WHAT YOU'RE DOING ON THE INTERNET

  I pretty much had the same experience as everyone else. First of all I tried to cancel the order before it went through. I was charged $199.99 on May 1, 2023 that I attempted to get reimburse and then on June 1, 2023 another $199.99. I was given the run around for approximately 2 week. I had a difficult time trying to get a customer service number to the company, before I was give the correct number from BBB. It's a BIG SCAM !!! I will be changing my bank account information immediately!! and I advise you all to do the same.

  Horrible company, makes it nearly impossible to return or cancel a subscription you would never know you ordered. Do not do business with this company they will keep charging your credit card til you have to cancel your card. They told me it takes 5 days to get a email on how to cancel or return a product

  I had the same experience as everyone else complaining about this company. They sent me 3 bottles that I didn't order. I was told I would get a full refund after I returned the unopened bottles. I had to pay for the return postage. Only received partial refund. Was told there is a $7.00 restocking fee per bottle. With all this, I was still shorted $14.00. I called them and just keep getting the same old story over and over about how there is nothing else that can be done

  First,I did a 1 time order and but they sent more than I ordered and charged me more more a $199.00 but since it was a 1 time order I wasn’t to concerned. But then, they just charge me again on 5/21/23 $199.00 I called they said they would reimburse me $100.00 then when they receive the product back they will reimburse the other $99.00. My question to them was why should I have to take my time and call them to get return instructions and make a trip to the post office and pay for the postage to return it and me be inconvenience due to their mistake! Grace the customer service rep I talked to didn’t care if I’m inconvenienced and have to pay the postage due to their mistake. This is a racket and I feel like a fool. Dishonest company.

  I ordered CBD gummies online and was charged $199. I didnt like them and I did not realize that I was going to receive more and I was charged another $199. I dont even want my money back I just want to make sure this is canceled and I receive no more and not get charged anymore. There is no phone no on my credit card bill. This is a scam.

  their product is a crock - i thought i placed a 1 time order - only to find out later it was a monthly subscription. very misleading info on website. also, it was very difficult to get in touch w/them.buyer beware. when i cancelled my subscription - they tried the sales pitch first until i became insistent about cancelling & wanted a full refund.stay away from them!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
