  A bottle for $39 turned into a $260 charge. They wont let ** return it. They finally said they will refund us some of the money and to keep the product but I don't think we will get any of that money back. If they scam you into buying the product who knows what is actually in the product. Reading the other reviews we now know to cancel our credit card to avoid more charges.

  My brother started a subscription a month before he died. I called to cancel. The person on the phone had the audacity to offer me a subscription at a "discount". Sick and inhumane. I am grieving my dead brother and the sick individual turns it into a sales call. VERY difficult to cancel and major hurdles to jump through to attempt to get a refund on the shipment in transit. It is clear that they are not going to give me a full refund for the order that is currently in transit (I saw order on his Credit Card hit, and immediately called. I did not know it was re-occurring until then.)STAY AWAY! Wish there was a negative star rating!

  Bio Science is a total SCAM!! I ordered 4 + 1 free Keto-ACV, plus 1 + 1 free Detox(which I didn't want, but couldn't go further w/out adding to order-RED FLAG, I know). Charged $199.99 + $60 = $259.99! Taking products made me sick. I returned ALL BOTTLES(incl the free ones). Several emails later, I was refunded $131.99 + $23 = $154.99! Told they have a restocking fee. Refund policy says nothing about this fee. It states 100% money back guarantee. BS is what this is! Initially when I contacted them they stopped RECURRING PAYMENTS, which I NEVER asked for nor approved.I continue to fight for what's due, A FULL REFUND!! Absolute 100% SCAM!!

  This company is a scam. They try to get three times more money than you agreed to. When you call you can't get anyone on the phone to change the order. I have reported them to the Better Business Bureau in *****, *******. They better clean up their act. I am assuming the product is as bogus as the company's sales approach. If it is a really good product it will sell itself!

  i signed up for one bottle at 39.95, received 5 and was charged $199. I did not realize they also enrolled me in a monthly recurring subscription for five bottles at 199.00 monthly. I called to address the issue of not ordering 5 bottles or signing up for a monthly subscription and was told I should have read the disclaimer. Then I was told I could not utilize the money-back guarantee without using all 5 bottles. I explained that their directions say to take a maximum of 2 pills daily, so waiting to use five bottles of a product that doesn't work while they continue to charge my account $199.00 monthly didn't make sense. I asked the women to close the account and reimburse the $199 for the 2nd shipment and I would send back that full shipment plus 3 bottles from the previous shipment. She kept parroting the same statement that she would like to help me but a full refund was not an option. I asked for a supervisor and she said there was no one else for me to speak with and again stated I would need to use all 5 bottles to implement the money-back guarantee. I ended the call stating I would contact the BBB.

  Stay away. They give money back guarantee which is a lie. You order 1 bottle and get 7 at a cost if 240.00. Then they offer discount so you keep the product. For me it made me sick so I returned product for refund. All in short they said I would get a whole 60.00 back. There I lost over 100.00 Stay clear

  The other 1-star reviews are 100% accurate! BUYER BEWARE!!! Pathetic that a company has to use deception and website click tricks to trap people because they don't trust the product quality enough to warrant return customers (as if there are any). Self-destructive business model (except to prey on unsuspecting people like me.) Simply pathetic and dishonest.

  This is a horrible company do not order anything from them. I ordered a package that was supposed to cost me 3999. I got an email to confirm what my order was and it was incorrect. They were sending me an order that was going to be $260, I called and left a message with them not once but twice to cancel the order because it was incorrect. I never got a return call, but I did receive a package for the incorrect order and was billed for the incorrect order. I had to reach out to them a third time and finally spoke to someone only to have her tell me that I could return the items but it would be 2 to 3 weeks after I returned them before I would get a credit , this is a scam! Do yourself a favor, and do not do business with this company.

  THIS IS A SCAM. I THOUGHT I WAS BUYING THREE BOTTLES FOR $49.95. THEN I GOT THE CONFIRMATION FOR 5 BOTTLES AND A DETOX BOTTLE FOR $230.00. I didnt bought the detox, I call and THEY WON'T EVEN REFUND IT BACK TO ME. And they have charge me again the amount of $169.99 !!!! Dont buy it

  Recently I purchased 2 bottles of Bio Science Keto gummies from Amazon. I received them just as I ordered but at the same time I received another shipment of BioScience Keto+ACV Gummies from your company in *******, which I DID NOT ORDER! My debit card was credited for $129.99. Again, I did not place this order and I want my money refunded. There was no invoice, email - nothing regarding this product. I have contacted my bank and they are in the process of investigating this fraud. The only way I was able to even find this website was researching the web. Before I could even post this review, I had to rate this company - a "one" rating is not even justified!

  Here are some suggestions that may help you acquire a refund and/or subscription cancellation. Do you have a record of the website you may have made the purchase from? Or perhaps you might be able to dispute the charges with your credit card company? Is there a receipt or invoice that may have the information for the original seller? Additionally, if you look on the label of the physical product, there may be a "Distributed By" listed with contact information for you to get in touch with the seller directly. We take consumer protection very seriously and we want every consumer to be successful in receiving customer service from the original sellers of the products, subscriptions, and any items they have purchased.
