I appreciated a quick & professional response to my first email inquiry; then received the estimate on our phones right after submitting the requested information. The postage paid address label made it easy to send via ***. They notified me the day they received my package. Just a few days later they emailed me with their evaluation of our phones and the amount they would pay us, which was the same as their initial estimate. The check came about a week later. We were very pleased with the whole process and we would use this company again and recommend it to others.

5 starsNot knowing BuyBackTronics, I gave them a try and sent to phones back. Their process was easy, as they provide labels to return and optionally offer a return box which I didn't need. They kept in contact via email throughout the process. Within a couple of days of getting the phones they approved 1 but found an issue with the second due to how I reset the phone. After a couple of emails, I was willing to get on a call with them ad temporarily change my account credentials so they could correct the issue. But they managed to get past the issue and accepted the 2nd phone for the agreed amount. Absolutely a terrific service and customer service/tech ability to handle the situation. we sent them a phone in pristine condition and got a good quote. They got the phone and said it was just in fair condition with lots of scratches (not true) and now are offering us $50 less. I won't be using them again. I feel like this is a deceptive business practice.BuyBackTronics.com LLC

Thank you for your feedback. Upon checking your trade-in we see that you submitted a Galaxy S10 in 'Flawless' condition. In order for us to qualify a device for 'Flawless' condition pricing, the device must show no signs of wear/use.
Unfortunately, upon inspection of your device it was notated that the device was found to have excessive scratching throughout the display and/or body.
As always, when given the inspection results you have a multitude of options available to you. You can either accept the adjusted amount and receive payment, request a re-inspection, request photos/videos of any of the findings, or ultimately request to have the device returned as this is a no obligation process.
When checking our records for this transaction we see that the only response from you in regards to our inspection email was of that of you stating "We accept this offer and request immediate payment." to which we obliged. Should any concern regarding the condition in which your device was found have been brought to our attention, we would have been more than happy to provide you with photos showing what was notated during our inspection, however, no objection was mentioned.
