    I've sold an i-phone and 6 video cards to BuyBackTronics.com and they are great. They give you a quote you mail in the item and they give you the amount they quoted. They are wonderful to work with.

    Had a great experience with BuybackTronics. I had never heard of them before so was a little skeptical at first. After ***** mysteriously rejected my excellent condition iPad Pro as being ineligible for trade-in and to add insult to injury ***** kept my original box. I looked for other avenues to sell or trade-in the iPad. That’s when I found BuybackTronics. They made the process easy and provided a decent offer. I accepted and sent the iPad to them and they honored the offer and emailed an e-check same day. I printed and deposited - no issues. The entire process took less than a week. I really appreciated the straightforward approach to the transaction. Highly recommended.

    The entire process was perfect. Everything was above and beyond, and faster than expected. Payment is quick with no worries. Any questions, and replies are quick and communication couldn't be better. If you're looking to get rid of your electronics, I highly recommend that you stick with them. Sites like ebay take more money on fees, and the best bet is with this company. I am 100% satisfied, and will not forget about them in the future. Check them out! So far, there's no one better! Totally trustworthy as well!!

    Very easy, smooth transaction. I submitted my iPad in flawless condition, and was accepted as flawless and received payment for the original offer that was made. Which I appreciate because it’s hard to find companies that don’t try to lower the offer after receiving the item (knowing I sent it in the condition I stated) therefore, I will continue to use BuyBackTronics because they are honest and loyal. Overall it was a Great transaction!!

    I sent them a iphone 14 they got box and opened it took the phone then taped it back up and opened it on camera and tried to say it was empty I see this has happened to several people I filed a police report on this matter someone needs to put a stop to this scam

    I had accidentally sent my package through the wrong carrier, they were extremely patient with me and waited for me to sort it out, giving me the agreed upon quote and updating me along the way! Great service.

    My experience with them was a very AMAZING ONE, they kept me informed and updated everything stepped of the way. The shipping of my trade in kitchen was fast and effortless, they emailed as soon as it was received.     I found BuyBackTronics.com when looking for a company to sell our "old" cell phones to - we had paid them off a few months ago and finally found new phones.
    The process was easy - they had one of the highest bids, their website was easy to use, and the process was painless.
    Upon receiving our phones, they found an issue - through no one's fault, our cell phone provider had not released their lock on the phones. Chaos ensued. Lots of chaos. BUT, BuyBackTronics.com went above and beyond to communicate with me, work with me, and truly partner to complete this deal.
