      If you happen to rent in one of Sentry's HOA communitees you can expect to be harrassed and targeted with ridiculous violations. My husband and I were targeted because he dared park in the street, which nearly EVERYONE in our development does - one house regularly has 5 or six cars parked on the street in front of their house. When we received notice of the violation, the FIRST NOTICE, we immediately corrected it, and they STILL slapped us with a $45 fine. They also send landscaping companies in at 6:30 AM to mow the common areas - against local noise ordinance!!!! So, don't expect to get a decent night's sleep.

      The Rockledge, Florida and Space Coast office are inept, difficult, exceed their bounds, and threaten homeowners. Specifically, [personally identifiable information], is an embarrassment to the company and sadly, my HOA. Admittedly, after reviewing his email, he could be chatbot, if not, an incompetent narcissist. I do not recommend this company to management your HOA. My issue related to an architectural application. The management company seemingly does not provide proper advice or guidance to the HOA and does not appear to have read the HOA's governing documents. Their cost is simply not worth it. I dealt with the above incapable individual after communicating with [personally identifiable information] (community manager) who most certainly oversteps her authority and exercises her need to lecture rather than resolve. It is unfortunate that my HOA did not review customer reviews of Sentry before hiring them.

      Very happy with the attentiveness to detail that our manager in Albuquerque NM gives our Homeowners Association. She is prompt in returning emails, she visits our site to followup on work completed by vendors and contributes to the discussion when she feels the HOA Board needs direction in some of the issues we have faced. Tina is a great member to our team.

      They have been a wonderful part of our community! They are constantly planning events and the effort they put into each one is amazing!

      They are communicative and available and treat their responsibilities as more than a job. They out their heart into it.

      I am writing a review for Candace ******** at the Longwood, Florida office of Sentry Management. As the HOA president of my community, I am very privileged to work with Candace as our property manager. Candace is absolutely a wonderful manager. She is very efficient and knowledgeable in what is required to be a property manager. Candace is always friendly and respectful to everyone on the Board as well as the property owners.
      It is truly my pleasure to work side by side with Candace in keeping our community a great place to live.

      Before posting this online review, I tried to communicate with Sentry headquarters or executive staff and was refused access to them. In fact, the call center agent hung up on me when I asked to speak with a supervisor.

      So instead of trying to sort out their dirty laundry in house, here is my public review. This review is in regard to the Leesburg, VA, office. As a customer seeking assistance, I was ignored or received untimely responses to many of my requests. Worse, my real estate agent and I received incorrect information from the community manager, which has never been acknowledged by her or the Division President. I was treated rudely and dismissed. No one in the Leesburg office was willing to take ownership of my issue or would step up to personally advocate my position to resolve it. Instead, I was bounced around, required to research the issue myself, and even blamed.

      Unfortunately, Sentry has no interest in learning about deficiencies with their staff or has a willingness to address them.

      When you call them, the phone is answered with a message that their service standard is "kindness and professionalism." That is the biggest joke ever! I was treated condescendingly, provided incorrect information, ignored, and blamed for their errors.

      Do not use this management company for your property.

      I submit a request for a Lender Specific Question Air for a loan to buy a Condo and the bank need the Owner Occupancy enter on the form as question in order to be approve for the loan.
      Sentry Mgmt. charged me $409.95 fee online for 2 business day to process for a Lender Specific Question Air before my closing on 4/18/23.
      The bank gave me few days extra to get the Lender Specific Question Air with the information listed on the documents "Owner Occupancy %" the answer i received after several calls made to Sentry Mgmt. Representative Jasmine, Avery and Christine they cannot disclose the information because if not being track and will not refund my money.
      My realtor and branch manager reach out to Sentry Mgmt same response was received.
      Out of pocket $400.00 plus application fee $9.95 lost because they cannot track how many owners lives in the unit.
      FYI: you leave a request for a call back with no return calls on-top of that.
      God know well and the Condo was not meant to be.!

      Sentry Management is turning our building into a dump. No accountability. You can’t get work completed. No response ever on work orders.

      Impossible to contact via phone or email. Community managers will ignore multiple emails. They will refuse to pick up the phone and will drop/hangup your call non-stop.
