      I have trash pickup with Stinky Pinky and did not receive service for Feb. 19, 2025 or in April 30, 2025. When I called Stinky Pinky concerning this matter on May *******, I was told that they did not pickup due to weather and the truck was broke down? The lady told me to contact Waste Pro that they handled the billing for Stinky Pinky, and they would credit me. I have tried 2 times to call Waste Pro and was put straight into voicemail and left my name and number and a brief message. Too this date, have never received a call back from Waste Pro. When I called on May 20, 2025, Stinky Pinky, I was told they are now under new management. She said she would have the Manager, **** ******, to return my call. Never received a return call as of this date. I cancelled my service and should receive a refund. But as of this date no refund. This business should be reported to the Better Business Bureau and I will do that. Very unprofessional and not the way to treat customers!

      I want to file a complaint for services not rendered. I live at *****************************************************, in the 204- ********************* location. My account # is **********. ******* ******** *******. I have an active and current account with ********************. On Monday, May 26 we celebrated the Memorial Day holiday. Tuesday is the normal pick-up day for my trash. I understand that there is the possibility of a day delay because of the holiday; however, my trash was NOT picked up AT ALL. On Thursday, May 29, at approximately 12:25pm, I called WastePro, to find out when my trash would be picked up. I spoke with an employee by the name of ****** or ******. She placed me on hold to find out what happened. She told me that there was a new driver on the route, and he failed to cover all the streets in the subdivision. She stated a truck would be back out on Friday, May 30 to pick up the trash that was missed in my cul-de-sac. On Friday morning at approximately, 12:14pm, I called to confirm that a truck would be out to pick up the trash and again, I was told that yes, a truck would be back out. I asked the employee who is the manager and explained to her that I would be contacting the manager if my trash was not picked up as promised. Again, she said someone would be back out. When I arrived home approximately 3:38pm, my trash was still full, and no one had come as promised. I tried to call WastePro to file a complaint with management, but someone kept hanging up on me. I called the customer service number for a total of 3 more TIMES. I ended having to pull that full trash bin back away from the curb because our HOA does not approve us to leave our trash on the curb on non-PICKUP days; otherwise, we could be fined. My trash was not the only bin that was not picked up. It appeared the driver did pick up on my street but when it came to the homes in the curb of the cul-de-sac, ours was left behind! I do not appreciate the way you work with customers. Bad Business!

      Aprx Feb/March I received a bill from this company and I called them to inquire what it was in regards to. They said it was for services for ********************************** her when was this for because we had sold the property in 2021 and she said that it was for services in December 2024. I told her we did not live there nor own that property at that time. She told me that she would delete the invoice and that they had just bought the company and they had had several glitches in the system. In May I received a letter from ARM collections for this same bill, I again called them and went through the same conversation, but this time I recorded the call. This representative again stated she would delete the bill and if there were any problems with accomplishing that she would call me. Then on May 30th I again received another invoice for the same bill that I have been told twice now they were deleting. I still have the recorded call from the last conversation with them on 5/15/25 . I can forwarded it to you directly if you would like. I could not attach it here because of the format

      We live at ************************************** My name is ******* CoyerI have had a couch in front of my house for 6 weeks. I called Waste Pro prior to putting to curb and they said no problem.I have since called 12 times and spoke with multiple people and left messages and still the couch sits. Our neighbors are starting to send us messages.Yesterday I called to confirm they would pick up (again) and they didnt. Instead their employee stopped at our house got out of his vehicle and ******* husband saw him and has it on video.We are disgusted that our tax money is going to nothing. We are new homeowners and to have this type of treatment is wrong.We pay an obscene amount of money for taxes here and to have our trash left on our property for 6 weeks is unacceptable.Please help us.************

      Seven weeks ago we scheduled to have a couch picked up at the curb, per the counties standards and procedures. 7 weeks later, and 10 calls to the company, couch is still there. A different person answers the phone every time and, each time they say they will be there to pick it up ASAP! The neighbors are leaving threat notes on our door and throwing trash in our yard because of this couch. I am solely seeking my tax paid right to have this old couch disposed of. I dont think the county wants to start refunding taxes for services not rendered. I want Waste Pro to do their job. Thats it. Apologies are moot at this point.

      They are incompetent as a whole, and will probably never thrive as a successful business, but after finding out I submitted to the BBB, they decided to resolve the situation this morning. Unbelievable that it took 12 calls and 7 weeks, but thank you BBB for making it happen.

      Waste pro started picking up our trash March 31 2025 Since then they picked up once or twice but for the past 3 weeks they have left the trash and are saying because I dont have their garbage can they cant pick anything else up Ive put in for a bulk pick up and Im told everytime it will be picked up well Im now loaded with trash in front of my home that the wildlife get into Im a senior citizen and cant keep picking up trash off the street Ive ordered 2 more of their cans but they say it could be weeks before I get them I dont get it why cant they pick up our trash I need help with this please I cant get to management they will not get on the phone and Im always told Ill get a call back or they dont get my request Help I need help trash is dirty and unhealthy ** ***** ***** I was unable to load the photo of the garbage says file too big

      Waste Pro was awarded the *************** Solid Waste contract with services beginning on March 31, 2025. When Sarasota County reexamined their contract for Waste Services, they elected to change what they were paying for in regard to services, in an effort to keep the cost from increasing significantly, as paid by their residents via their taxes. Unfortunately, this can feel like Waste Pro is responsible for not providing the same services as the previous company, however, this is dictated by the Countys contract.

      The new Sarasota County contract states that the County is no longer paying for additional carts, or services to personal carts. All residents must purchase additional waste containers through the waste provider,Waste Pro. Waste Pro is not able to empty anything that does not fit inside these containers. Residents were notified, by the County, that this service was changing and set up a website for residents to elect additional containers.Waste Pro did pick up all trash, including servicing personal carts, for the first 30 days of the contract, to allow a buffer for residents to order and receive carts.

      All excess trash and debris that is not in an authorized container, is considered a bulk pickup. The County is allowing 4 bulk pickups per resident, per year, at 20 yards per pickup. Any additional bulk pickups,and/or overages, will be charged directly to the resident. Any bulk pickups have to be called into the office and scheduled for the next scheduled waste collection day for that resident.

      This resident called in and ordered 2 additional carts on 5/29/2025. These will be delivered by no later than 1 week after ordering. They also requested a bulk pickup on 5/16/2025. This should have been collected on their service day last week, but it was missed. We are recovering all of this residents bulk and excess trash and debris today, and we will not be charging for any overages on yardage.

      We have experienced poor customer service from ********************** on two separate occasions with the most recent occurring last week 4/16/2025. Twice, we have had issues with our trash can. Our first issue was a broken wheel that was reported in July 2024. It wasn't until March 2025 that we finally received a new trash can. Each time we called, we were told a work order had been put in place. It wasn't until we actually flagged a person down and called to report that he was in the area with trash cans that we received a working trash can. The most recent occurred when our trash can was taken due to not being released by the arm. Once again, we called and reported the incident and asked for a replacement trash can. After following up, we were informed the order was not placed and they would expedite it. No such thing has occurred and we are still without a trash can. How are we expected to pay for a service when we don't even have trash can to put on the curb. We are simply asking that we receive a trash can before our scheduled pick up day which is every Wednesday. Plain and simple. We don't know where the ball is being dropped but it apparently is not a priority and as simple as the request sounds, it is causing us the greatest inconvenience as a paying consumer. We have had to go to ******* and actually purchase a trashcan to put our garbage in so that it can be collected as opposed to piling up in our yard. WastePro emptied it, but has yet to provide us with a WastePro garbage/trash can.

      I contacted Waste Pro on March 24th, 2025 to tell them we were closing on our townhome on March 27th and we will need service to start on 4/1/25. They stated that they will drop off 2 recycle bins for us and our trash day is Tuesday. They dropped off the recycle bins on 4/5/25 and we have not received trash pick yet. To date Waste Pro missed 3 scheduled trash days at our house. Every time we call we get the same response, they will let the supervisor know and they will come out the day I made the call and picked up our trash. We have called around 10 times, called city hall twice, and the project manager for our neighborhood has stated that he reached out as well. All we want is our trash to be picked up on the scheduled date.

      Yes, these town homes are picked up from the back this is a brand-new build and there were and currently are construction vehicles blocking this town home in the back, it is a very tight alleyway. We are having to treat him like a back door and the supervisor is picking him up with his Pickup truck until they finish this section of townhomes. Our trucks cannot get in there. Thanks

      A door to door salesman came in early March 2025 & convinced me to switch as he claimed several of my neighbors use *********** better for the environment to all be on the same route. Pick up was supposed to begin April 3rd. I canceled my pickup with the former company I was using as directed by the salesman so I would not be billed their 3mo cycle. As of April 10th my trash had still not been collected, I email & called. Eventually I received a call saying I owed a past due balance from 2019, which I don't, I had canceled appropriately when I switched companies but appearantly Waste Pro continued to bill for services I did not receive (as I was with the new company). While telling the cashier about my experience today, a woman one lane over said they'd done the same thing to her. It is a bad business practice to continue billing after a customer cancels & to try to put their name into collections if they refuse to pay money they don't owe.

      This customer was part of an acquisition of accounts from *************** that just took place a few months ago.  There was a delay in getting out the welcome letter so it actually came to our new customers after they received a bill from us which is how Ms. ****** did not know who we were nor how she got an invoice from us.  The Supervisor will give her a call today and walk her through what has happened to her garbage service.
