      I requested a recycling cart from Waste Pro about 2-1/2 months ago and it has not delivered. On 5/11/22 I called to request a recycling cart from Waste Pro; they told me one will be delivered on 5/30/22. On 6/2/22 I called and was told to wait 2-3 more weeks. I called again on 6/30/22 and was told I should get it in a couple of days. I waited again and still no recycle cart; so on 7/11/22 I sent a message on Waste Pro website to inquire. Waste Pro did not respond.

      On 7/14/22 I called Waste Pro customer service and ask to speak to the manager. Nia the c.s said she has to get my contact information and the manager will call me. Nia also told me the recycling cart will be delivered on 7/22/22. So after another week of waiting, nobody call me back and still no recycling cart.

      These people keep lying over and over because they still get paid no matter what. Where I live the county collect money for Waste Pro through real estate taxes I paid each year.

      Waste Pro finally delivered a recycle cart; although not a new one, but a used recycle cart on 7/28/22. It's sad the consumer has to publicly complain before the business do what it should have done from the start.

      We started our services with waste pro Southaven, MS on 6/16 and someone came by during our first week of service and took our recycling and garbage bins. The first time I called they said "It looks like someone never cancelled the bin pickup order from when the old homeowners cancelled service I'll send an email to get them to send your bins back out" we have since called every week and keep getting the same run around and bottom line we have 4 weeks of garbage and recycling built up. We also have two dogs and I can't dispose of their waste properly.

      It was the day for them to take our trash and they took everyone's trash except for ours.

      The customer has been serviced. They have three large bags of fencing placed at their mailbox that we cannot collect. When we returned to get the reported miss on 7/23 the can was not out, but the fencing was. I believe the customer thinks we can pick up this material. I can send you the fotos via email. Thanks,

      Waste pro is the only option for trash collection in my area. During the winter my recycling can was stolen. I placed a request for a new recycling can that week. In April I called to check on the status of the recycling can, and they claimed to have a shortage at that time. It is now July. I am paying for recycling which they refuse to reimburse, but will not give me the supplies I am paying for. They also refuse to pick up all of my trash, which is against policy. Sometimes I will have an extra cardboard box, or small bag that will not fit in my trash can. I will put it beside the can in the morning for pickup. They intentionally ignore it, even with nice notes asking them to take it. This has lead to bears getting into the trash, and endangering my dog. A bear getting close to my dog was the last straw. I wouldnt have any of these issues if waste pro A.) Delivered my recycling can. B.) Actually picked up my trash. I could understand if the trash was a big object or something unsafe, but its not. IF you cant handle picking up a trash bag off the ground you shouldn't be a trash man. This is coming from someone who was a trash woman in college to pay the bills.
