    On February 23rd, 2023 I sent a check for $1,974.45 to Gainesville Coins to purchase 80 - 1 ounce Silver Rounds. On February 27th I received an email from the company stating that they had received my check. It is now April 17th and I still have not received my silver order. I spoke with someone at the company in March by phone and was told that I would receive my coins soon but that did not happen. After several emails bouncing back **** finally responded by saying that they were simply backed up and delayed due to high demand. When I try to call the company now nobody ever answers. The other day I spent an hour on hold. I am fed up. I emailed **** the other day demanding a refund or a tracking number for my order. He has not responded. I am very upset and I am worried that they have just taken my money and do not intend to fill my order.

    Gainesville Coins I hate to file this. I have been treated well, in the past 10 years, but not this time.Transaction 1 - 3/12/23. ORDER #: ******. $9980.01. Today is 4.14.23, and the order was not shipped 4.13.23 as agreed weeks ago. I called about this, and was polite. I received a story about 5 weeks processing time, and running behind.Transaction 2 - 3/17/23. ORDER #: ******. $9980.10. I received a notice of delay in shipping through an email after ordering. Nothing was indicated about any delay prior to placing my order. I called on 3/17/23 with my concerns about the delay and was told to send an email. I received no response to my email. Today 4/14/23. I called about both orders and was given a story about being behind on shipping. I was polite, and asked, "How would you feel in my situation?" The person I spoke with was polite. I asked to speak to someone with the authority and ability to complete my transactions. I was told the individual I inquired about was busy and not available. At this time, I have no reason to believe this will be resolved, in a timely manner, without *** involvement.Thank you for your time and assistance.

    On March 9, 2023 I ordered one roll (20 units) of American Silver Eagle Silver Bullion Coins, and sent a check to GainesilleCoins in the amount of $619.65. GainesvilleCoins confirmed receipt of the check and the check was cashed by them. GainedvilleCoins was supposed to send the coins within 10 days of cashing the check. Until now (April 11, 2023) they have not sent shipped the coins. They only responded to an email to say that they are experiencing unprecedented demand, and cannot give a date as to when they will send. The do not respond to any more emails, nor phone calls since. I have emailed them to request either a date of shipment, or refund of my money. They simply do not respond. The GainesvilleCoins order number is 100-494793. I have attached a copy of an email to this complaint.

    The 10 days is the clearing of all checks, after that is completed the orders go in order to our fulfillment department. These products have had delays form the US Mint which is beyond our control. His Order is in order of all orders for this product and is in shipping It should be going out in the next few day.

    I shipped a coin over to GainesVille Coins, it came on Thursday March 23rd 2023 to them,they sent me a offer on March 24th 2023, I accepted the offer and I put in my bank information and I have called them about 9 times each day to follow up with it I have not been able to talk to anyone, I have emailed a person named ****, he wrote me back saying it will take **** business days we are on day 9 so far and I have emailed **** again, and my email got sent to their spam about 4 times and also emailed them from another email and haven't heard back. I would just like a response back to know what's going on

    Order placed on 2/13/2023 and secured by credit card, fully paid on 2/23/2023 $ 85,343,28. Order be ready for pick-up on 3/13/2023.On 3/16 my email was answered and I was told that there was a delay due to high demand. It is now 3/29/2023 and I have a hard time getting someone on the phone, emails not being answered , waiting a long time to get someone on the phone and sometimes being cut off and you can leave a message but they dont return your call. Just spoke with them finally and there is still no solid answer as to when I can pick up the order. They also can not tell me if I request a refund, when I can get my money. And I have to pay 5 % penalty which doesnt make sense since they have a long waiting list for the product. They should be happy to give me a refund.The last day I can pick it up is Friday, before I have to leave *******, be in PA only for a few days before I have to travel abroad.They tell me they have the product but if so, why can I not pick it up?Am now waiting for a phone call, they promised to call me back with a solid answer.

    This complaint is about Silver coins. Gainesville coins said the silver dollars were in stock, so I ordered from them, think I would get the coins in a few days, as I chose next day delivery ($84.00 more).Then after I went the money ($8,399) by bank wire they let me know it would be 5 to 7 days. When I did Not receive the shipment I emailed them to see where it was.They told me because of high demand for their coins it would be 3 to 5 weeks. IF I had known it would be this long I would of bought from a different vendor and paid a little more for the coins

    Dear BBB, on Jan 12th I placed an order # ***-492536 for a 50 peso ******* gold coin for $2643.02. I was told i would receive this item in 3 weeks. At this time we are now up 13 weeks and still no coin. I have called this company 3 times on Jan 27th 23, March 6th 23, and March 13, 23 and have receive 3 different reasons why my coin hasen't arrived. On my last call 3/6/23 I was told that this coin would be shipped out this week 6th thru 10th. Still no coin! Can you please help me with this matter........Respectfully *************************
