    These guys are a Rip-Off. They say your items may not ship for 5-8 weeks, but when you call to get the status of your order, they tell you the clock doesn't start ticking until 10 days after they cash your check, and that doesn't start until five days after you place the order. So, you're looking at at least two months before they ship your merchandise. In the meantime, they're collecting interest on your money. Not a good way to do business. They advertise a good price, but it's no better than my local coin shop. NEVER AGAIN!

My guess is that they delay your shipment in the hopes of getting a better price for themselves and then pocket the difference. Not a good way to do business. They advertise a good price, but it's no better than my local coin shop. NEVER AGAIN!

    I ordered 7 monster boxes ($91,000) of Buffalo rounds from Gainesville Coins in March of 2024. It is now mid June and we are finally getting our last monster box this week. Praise the Lord! We were worried if we'd get them at all! This company is in obvious financial difficulties. Demand for silver is very low right now and does not take 3 months to fulfill. I do not expect this company to be around much longer. Buyer beware!

    Gainesville Coins. Can’t leave a 0 star review. On 23 Feb 2024 I placed an order for five 1-oz. Silver Blackbeard Rounds. I sent in a USPS Money Order. It was received and cashed on 27 Feb. After waiting for the mandatory 10 business day wait, plus a day, I sent an email to the company asking for the shipping info. On 14 Mar I received an email back stating that when ordering, it might be 3 to 5 weeks after the funds to clear to see any shipping information. And that this was clearly stated when ordering. I don’t remember seeing it, and there is no such statement on their website or in their receipt paperwork that they sent me. The 5 weeks ended on 16 April and since then I have sent 3 emails and all 3 returned as undeliverable. I have tried calling their number but nobody answers. All I want is my five 1-oz. Silver Blackbeard Rounds as ordered.

    They're terrible and deceptive and get you to pay by check so your ability to dispute is useless unless legal action or law enforcement gets involved.

    BEWARE! I paid $2,431.45 by check to Gainesville Coins on 2/26/2024, until now 4/10/2024 I havent received my order. I got bad experience customer service from them! I dont know how to get my money back. STAY AWAY!

    Ordered several gold coins in December, it is March and they have not delivered, they ignore my calls, and ignore my emails.

    I ordered 10 silver eagle coins on 12/11/23. As of 2/28/24 they have not been delivered. It has been 3 months since my order was placed. I am very concerned that Gainsville Coins is in financially unsound and cannot meet its obligations.

    Gainesville Coins - I ordered 3 Gold Bars. Paid by check on 11/05/2023. They said you will receive an order within 5 weeks. it has been 10 weeks and they said because of holidays, they are behind. No one picks up the phone. I want my Gold Bars or i want full refunds. They are very rude. I will never ever do business with them in future.
