    I recently discovered Gainesville Coins and I couldn't be happier with my experience. The website is user-friendly and easy to navigate, making it simple to find exactly what I was looking for. The selection of gold and silver products is impressive, and I appreciated the variety of options available to me.The ordering process was straightforward, and I received my products in a timely manner. The quality of the gold and silver products was excellent, and they arrived in perfect condition. The prices were competitive, and I felt like I got a great deal for the value of the products.One thing that stood out to me was the excellent customer service. The team was knowledgeable and friendly, and they were able to answer all of my questions about the products and the ordering process. They made me feel confident in my purchase and provided me with all of the information I needed.Overall, I highly recommend them to anyone looking for high-quality precious metals. The website is easy to use, the products are excellent, and the customer service is exceptional. I will definitely be a repeat customer!

    I placed a dozen orders in 2013-2014 and one in 2017 with no problems. I placed another order on November 8, 2022 and waited a month until I contacted them. I got generic email back and as of December 16, my order still has not shipped. They clearly state on their website that orders will be delayed, but I wasn't prepared for this wait. As long as I can see my order in their system online, I won't panic. On the other hand, I will not purchase any more coins from them until I receive this order. I have been looking at other online coin dealers and have come to the conclusion that a person would be better off to buy at a local, brick and mortar coin dealer.

    BUYER BEWARE!!! I placed my order 10/13/22. My check cleared on 10/19/22. On Tuesday, 11/15/22, I spoke with Nate to get an update on the status of my order. I was informed that I was “in the system,” and that my order might be sent out by the end of the week. On Wednesday, 11/16/22, a shipping fee of $42.45 was charged to my credit card. When my order was not received by the end of the week, I called again on Monday, 11/21/22 and spoke with Louie, who advised me that they were so busy that they were running behind schedule, and that my order might be shipped by the end of the week. Due to the Thanksgiving holiday being on Thursday, I called again on Wednesday, 11/23/22 to get an update. I was advised that my order had not shipped and now they could not tell me when it would be shipped. It is interesting that they are too busy to keep up with shipments, but they found the time to immediately cash my check. Also, concerning is that as soon as I started calling to inquire about my order status, my credit card was charged $42.45 for shipping, leading me to believe that my order was being shipped, but to date, I have not received any shipment information. I reached out to again via email Monday, 11/28/22 because it had been over a month since my check had cleared and nearly two weeks, since my credit card was charged for shipping, and received no response. At this point, I am considering contacting law enforcement because I am concerned that they have taken my money and have no intention of ever sending me my shipment.

    I found them online and really liked the selection and prices. I figured there would be a bit slower processing times, but I didn't think it'd be 1 month. I paid via Crypto so it cleared within minutes. The order still says pending payment, and their support cannot provide any ETA on when the order will process. This feels very...scammy-like. I have a feeling I'll get my order once the price drops down and it is even cheaper for them to procure. Just placed a similar order with APMEX which is pricey but it shipped when they said, and arrived within 2 weeks of placing the order.

    Complete thieves. Dont do business with these guys. Places an order and then after they got the money via bank wire they then explained (after 2 phone calls and two different representatives who didnt know what the holdup was) I spoke with **** and he told me there was a 4 week backlog and that I wouldnt get a refund without a restocking fee. No where does it state the turn around would be 4 weeks. Thats ridiculous. And **** the manager was completely oblivious to the fact that 4 weeks for a coin turn around means they didnt actually have the product in stock. So there shouldnt be a restocking fee. These guys are bad news

    It took over a month to receive my order. I called about my delayed order and was told they were waiting for more inventory. I immediately concluded that they had my money and were ordering stock to "sell" to me. This is a Kite scam. They float your money for interest or a market change. Lucky for them, unlucky for me; the price of precious metals dropped significantly during the month I waited for my order to be filled. They know what they are doing when it comes to using other people's money, having no inventory, and very little overhead.

    This customer obviously doesn't understand how buying precious metals work. Its like a stock trade the market goes up and the market goes down, we don't make or loose additional money with the market because we hedge all our metals at the time of confirmation. We couldn't possibly keep every item in stock at all times, we are extremely busy and we are buying and selling all day long! Due to the large volume we deal in It takes time to purchase and receive shipments and to inventory and re ship out, We are not AMAZON PRIME and we are doing our very best for our customers.

    I am fairly new at buying precious metals. I've only ordered precious metals 9 times since I've been doing it. It has NEVER taken over a month to receive my order; not even close. It has taken at the most seven business days. I'm sure you are not illegitimate, but looking at all of the customers with the exact same issue I had, you are obliviously doing something wrong.
