    BEWARE Don't order from them!!I ordered from them on 5/11/23. I knew that my order wouldn't ship till a little after 6/2/23 because the website stated that and my check had to clear. I contacted them and they told me it would be another 2 weeks. I called them today 6/29/23 and they don't have a shipment date in site. Does this mean they aren't going to fill my order? I asked for a refund and they said it states in their rules I can't have one. I asked to be compensated for them holding my money without a timely fill on my order. They refused. You can order from more reliable companies and not have to pay the shipping. DO NOT purchase from this company!! They are bad news.

    Ordered some gold coins on april 21. On the contract it says the order should be ready by may 31st. May 31st I kept calling them to see if my order is ready. No one answers their phones. Worried about my investment and lack of communication from Gainesville coins, I decide to walk in and ask in person on June 8th. They tell me it will take at least another 2 weeks.I asked to speak to a manager and the manager came out and told me to get out of their property.Never doing business with them again. Seriously thinking of taking legal action

    This customer is not telling the whole story he came into our showroom demanding his order which was not ready for pickup and when our trader reminded him that he was told when he placed the order in our showroom that it would take between 4-5 weeks due to the huge volume and shipping delays we were experiencing with our suppliers. He agreed to those terms at the time. He was extremely rude to our employees, screaming at our showroom staff calling them lier's. He was upsetting other customers that were present at the time. Unfortunately we had no choice but to ask our Hillsborough County Sheriff's Deputy to remove him from the building due to his disorderly conduct.  His order was delivered to him shortly after and he is no longer welcome in our showroom.

    I am concerned gainesville coins is conducting a fraudulent operation. Even as I met all of their milestones, the result has been almost nonexistent communication, no delivery of coins paid for, but they do appear to be world class in apologies for their inability to deliver the product. y order, #****** was placed 4/22/23. Check received 5/1/23. Check cashed 5/5/23. Coin availability 5/19/23. It is now 6/06/23 and emails are not returned. This order has not been invoiced nor shipped. Can the BBB help?

    This customer order has been ready to ship for 2 weeks unfortunately One of the coins he ordered from a specific mint is the problem. The Dye they use to produce that coin has broken and they are waiting on a replacement. They cant give us a specific date when it will be available. We will be happy to cancel that part of the order and ship his remaining order out. This was explained when the customer called in.

    This company will not respond to my emails. I placed my order on Feb 13, 2023 its now 5/6/2023. They advertised a 3 week shipping time and we are way beyond that. I'm guessing this company is going broke with my money. I thought that only happened with SBF and crypto. My advice is don't use this company you will be sorry.

    Order on March 16th 2023 said 3 weeks it's now may 1st not even shipped yet. ***** bought 56 ounces from company. This is unethical and wrong of any company to do. Nothing will b done though as usual allowing companies to keep this bs up. Customer service is trash has had an excuse that supplier didn't ship or shipping. Then don't take people's money for the product u don't have what a garbage business

    I purchased a gold 50 peso coin on Jan 12th 23. It's been going on 2 months and I still have not received my order. I have called ********** Coins three times and have always been given one excuse after another. I am not happy! Where is my coin!
