  Morgan Exteriors and Kitchens was contacted for an estimate to replace kitchen cabinet doors and drawers. Their estimate communicated untruthful facts not discussed prior to or during appointment. Morgan Exteriors and Kitchens communication displayed blatant deceptive behavior. Dont waste your time calling Morgan Exteriors and Kitchens.*****, Morgan Exteriors and Kitchens representative took measurements of kitchen cabinets doors and drawers to provide an estimate for replacement. The only product we discussed was type and color of wood cabinet doors and drawers. It is incomprehensible that an estimated pricing was sent with a range from $18,900 - $35,000 for a discussion and for measurements only taken for kitchen doors and drawers. They sent an estimate outlining removing and replacing of kitchen cabinets, stone countertops and hardware. The estimate was farfetched and fabricated. It did not align with the estimate request, actual measurements taken, or products discussed. There are no rough measurements of countertops, because they were not measured.Other companies that provided estimates ranged from $8,000 - $8,800, came prepared with various types of doors and colors to review. Morgan Exteriors and Kitchens did not. Other companies sent their estimates 1-2 days after the appointment and provided detail information related to the type of door selected, color, number of doors and drawers. Morgan Exteriors and Kitchens did not.Contacted Morgan Exteriors and Kitchens representative - no response. Contacted the company and their response was: We do not provide formal detailed kitchen renderings to customers until we have been hired to do so. If you are ready to move forward and hire us to start your project with a deposit, we would gladly offer the full selection and exact price.Morgan Exteriors and Kitchens wants you to hire them, give them a deposit before they will give you the exact price of a project. Imagine that! - Definitely a RED FLAG!!!

  Morgan Exteriors states they strive to provide transparent and accurate estimates based on the initial scope of work discussed. The only scope discussed was replacing kitchen cabinet doors and drawers. The scope of work discussed NEVER mentioned or even hinted on replacing 4 year old granite countertops, any type of hardware or sink. There was definitely no miscommunication or misunderstanding. Basically, this company lacks honesty.

  We met with ****** today about replacing our soffits and siding. He was personable and knowledgable. We decided to sign with Morgan Exteriors because of ******* presentation and the discounts offered by the company. We plan on using Morgan Exteriors for other projects as well. Thank you ******.

  We've worked with Morgan Exterior (ME) on two exterior doors, a shower replacement, and recently windows/sliding door replacement. From our first project, ME assigned ****** to navigate us through pricing, samples, details, and contract for each new project. It's a good way to get to know the company when you can work with the same person over time. Next, ******* measured each opening and ***** provided regular updates on status of our order. Then, ****** and **** completed the actual window and sliding door replacement. They did an awesome job, worked well together, methodically and meticulously, cleaned up, and left little touch-up painting for us to do. Some of the replacements required cutting into the stucco. ME sent out ****** and ***** who, again, worked well together, methodically and meticulously to match the existing stucco design. One sliding door panel came without a secondary lock. Once ME was aware, a replacement panel was ordered. We look forward to that coming in a few weeks and then the final inspection. We recommend Morgan Exterior for any home project. Their employees are knowledgeable, instill confidence, do impressive work, and are courteous.

  I needed to replace the windows in my home that was built in **** in downtown ******* after hurricane *** flooded my home. I contacted five different window companies for quotes and met with each rep to see samples of their products and learn about their installation process, etc. ***********************, my rep at Morgan Exteriors, was THE MOST helpful, kind, gracious, pleasant person to work with throughout my entire process. SHE is the reason I went with Morgan Exteriors. She answered every question I had and if she couldn't, she tracked down the answer for me asap. She called regularly to check in, but didn't pressure me or tell me I wouldn't get a certain discount if I didn't make my decision quickly. In fact, it took me over a month to make my final decision. I purchased 18 windows. They were installed quickly and efficiently. And I am very happy with the result. I have received several calls from Morgan Exteriors following up to make sure I was satisfied with the project. More than three months after installation, I noticed one of the grills in one window was slightly crooked and they came out to fix it quickly and easily. I highly recommend Morgan Exteriors if you need new windows. Quality product and A+ service. Thank you!!! It was a pleasure.

  On 12/20/17 I purchased new windows from Morgan. The kitchen window started leaking almost immediately during any hard rain. Since they offer a "lifetime warranty" I called and over the next 5 years trying to correct the issue with no luck. I had to replace the drywall due to the leak. Finally, this year they have decided that it is the fault of the siding that causes the window to leak through the window screw holes. I have had the siding, that they removed to install the window, looked at with no issues identified. Just beware that their lifetime warranty is not worth the paper it is written on. Legal action pending.

  We were in need of a few new windows due to hurricane damage. They sent out a sales rep named ***** and he was extremely knowledgeable and thorough with all of his explanations. We highly recommend **************************** for all of your needed work!

  Has done sub-par exterior painting and new exterior wall replacement. Contract even reads that work was substantially completed. Was told by manager that it looks good from the street! Close up inspection reveals uneven boards and streaky paint.
