      Has done sub-par exterior painting and new exterior wall replacement. Contract even reads that work was substantially completed. Was told by manager that it looks good from the street! Close up inspection reveals uneven boards and streaky paint.

      I am very pleased with Morgan Exteriors. The whole process from salesperson ******************, project manager **** and window installation by ****** and ******** was great! Everyone I dealt with was knowledgeable and professional but also friendly!

      I recently wrote a review complaining about how this company handled my account and windows. I am pleased to say that they have contacted me personally to right the situation. Its not everyday a company admits their faults and compensate you for the issue. I want to, therefore, revoke my negative review and attest to this business and their willingness to take care of the customer. ***** was very professional and did everything in her power to understand what happened and gave a generous gift to me and my wife. They corrected a serious issue and Im pleased with how they did it. Overall the company is worth using and I appreciate them for working with me after seeing what I went through.

      Horrible. Scammers. Paid 1/2 and signed contract in 2021, still do not have Storm shutters. Crappy work that needs repair. But the company insisted on payment in full before the job was completed and I received all the products under contract.Rude and incompetent staff. Regret ever wasting my time and money with the "business" my 10 year old has better communication skills and project management. Go elsewhere!!!!!!

      I hired Morgan Exteriors to replace an exterior door on my utility room. Normally I would do this job myself by at 80 years old I just didn't want to tackle it. They sent two guys to do the job. As soon as they arrived they went to work. Because of rotten wood, they had to replace most of the door frames to install the new door. The guys were very friendly and hard workers. Once the door was installed they reinstalled all of the siding they had to remove. They finished up by calking everything.They did a great job, much better than I could have done. I am so glad I called Morgan Exteriors. I would recommend them to anyone.******************* ***********, **

      We chose Morgan Exteriors, Inc. to complete our siding project in SWFL. After the vinyl siding was destroyed by hurricane ***, we decided to upgrade to ****** board. *******, ****, came to our home, gave us a reasonable estimate, and was professional throughout the financing process. Would recommend to other neighbors looking to repair or possibly upgrade their homes. Anxiously awaiting project start date.

      I don't know if I should consider myself lucky for only having been dealing with the horrific customer service of this company for a few months (when others have been dealing with similar issues for years), or that I didn't do enough research to not get myself in to business with this company in the first place. Morgan Exteriors has promised to install my new front door for months now, and each time, at the 11th hour, there is some issue that pops up and they can't. Each time I am given an excuse. Each time I ask to speak to a supervisor, only to be 'handled' by someone not in a supervisory or manager role. I have done my part each step of the way, I wish I could say the same about Morgan Exteriors. - I chose Morgan Exteriors and not your competitor, who honestly came in with a lower bid. - I submitted for HOA approval on 4/8/23 while your salesperson still sat in my home during the original sales call on 4/8/23. - Paid the required deposit to get on the production schedule – even before I had HOA approval. - I sent the HOA Approval the moment I received it on 4/10/23. - I paid the permit fee the SAME DAY I received the invoice. Morgan Exteriors has: - Failed to communicate with me on the status of my order proactively. - Failed to provide me with all the documentation (sales contract) - Stated that ETA for Door Installation would be the end of May, then June 30th; now, who knows - Failed to inspect the door and frame when it first arrived to the warehouse, which prevented the issue with the cracked frame from being caught before calling to schedule the installation of 6/30/23 - Failed to offer any concessions for the continual delays proactively. Morgan Exteriors, then had their Legal Representative reach out (recorded the call without permission) to me and told me I can't cancel my order because we are outside of our 3-day contract period. If I want to cancel my order, I will be charged a 40% cancellation fee (40% of my total contract).

      2 yrs, that's how long it took Morgan Exteriors to get our windows correct., they still are not perfect..2 YEARS!! Replaced them time and time again. Dirt HANDPRINTS, scratches between the panes. Scratches on the frames etc. And they thought I was to picky. Susan M CSR, at Morgan told me my $5000 (3 windows) was Moot...really! She was Awful! Worst company ever!! I have much to say will just warn you now..they are awful. The windows were actually made by Simonton. My husband never saw the windows done, he died in Dec. HE WOULD HAVE SUED THEM! Never buy product from Morgan Exteriors..EVER Wish I could add pictures, I have plenty. Last ones installed early 2023, process started early 2021...rediculous. Thankful to Simanton Installers for finally getting them in. I banned contact from Morgan and went directly to Simanton. Morgan screwed up, big time. Don't buy from them.

      We are very sorry to hear about your negative experience with Morgan Exteriors and the passing of your husband.

      Our records show that you placed your order on 3/26/2021 and the product was received and inspected at our warehouse 4/28. We called to schedule the installation and you stated you were out of town until the end of May, so we scheduled the installation for 6/1/2021. After the installation, the county inspected the windows and passed the inspection on 6/7/2021. It was brought to our attention of your dissatisfaction with the windows prior to the inspection so we scheduled a production manager to be on site prior to ensure everything was correct. It was noted that we needed to schedule a service to replace/ rescreen 3 window screens and wipe down / clean 2 window sashes and a glass pack.

      Here is a note from our technician: " The customer felt that the windows werent cleaned good enough so she started cleaning her windows. I told her we need to send someone out to clean all windows inside and out and at that point any glass that needs replaced we would order and replace. We need to rescreen bathroom window."

      When you arrived back in town we sent a technician out to clean the windows and it was determined that there was a glass defect in 2 windows.

      Once products we received we were in the process of replacing them at your home when you became irate that there was another manufacturers issue and we asked our technician to leave due to safety concerns.

      We went ahead and ordered new window sashes / screens and glass pack to hopefully put your concerns at ease. However this was not the case. Due to the nature of phone calls and emails that we have received from you, we sent you this message: Mr. ***** ******************

      All calls that we have had, have been retained. All email correspondence has been retained.

      I provided an exact outline of what we were going to do when we returned in the email of Jan 6. There was no response, in fact many of my emails were met with no response.

      We will no longer facilitate anything for you warranty wise. The insults, personal attacks, insults and attacks on my staff, and general disrespect and inability to be civil will NO LONGER be tolerated.

      It is WELL documented that we have continually demonstrated good faith in getting this resolved for you. WE DID NOT MAKE THE WINDOWS. WE DID NOT MAKE THE ****** WE HAVE, however, we have done everything we can to get it right. We would do the same thing for any customer, regardless of the money they have spent and are currently doing so for customers across the state.

      Since then, we have arranged for a ******** window representative to get any of your issues resolved.

      We again apologize for any misunderstanding and wish you the best with your new windows.

      Morgan Exteriors did 4 windows for us. They did a great job. Extremely professional and the quality of the windows has made such a difference to the rooms. We are greatly appreciative and will definitely use them again when and if needed.
