      M.E. Flow sent Ulises **** to repair a sink link. He arrived promptly and fixed the problem efficiently and competently. He was also very friendly. Top notch.
      Four stars instead of five because the cost seems higher than we would expect. But it's probably a fair price in today's world
      I telephoned a competitor at the same time. Ulises was dispatched, completed his work, cleaned up nicely and left. I'm still waiting for a call to set up an appointment from the competitor.

      Allen’s air conditioning advertises 24 hour emergency call including weekends, but don’t count on receiving a telephone call back from their on call coverage. We placed a call at 8:00 am to report air conditioning not working in my 86 year old Family members home , leaving all information with dispatcher including address and telephone number and by 4:00 pm we had not received any phone call. A call back to the company and speaking to another dispatcher explaining our needs and again repeating address and phone number as well as what the problem is with the AC. Being told that the message would be sent as urgent to the technician on call. The dispatcher stated that was all she could do and it depends on the technicians who will receive the message to make contact with us. We were also informed that it is a weekend and I can appreciate that, but in 8 hours no one was able to call to say they would or would not be coming out. Don’t advertise 24 hour service for emergency if you can not perform this. Not impressed by Allen’s air conditioning!

      Dave is always dependable and capable. He keeps our HVAC system running smoothly and efficiently. We always depend on him to be up to date on what needs to be checked and to know what needs to be fixed to keep it in top working order.
