      Been a customer for a long time. I have had only the best outcomes, so only use ME Flow Heating and Air Conditioning. They kept my old system running for ever and didn’t try to take advantage. They send me the same tech upon my request and let’s you know when they are on their way.
      All the heating, air conditioning and plumber techs that I see are great!

      Danny Q. from M.E. Flow, worked tirelessly, cleaning and checking every thing in our system. Danny is a very personable and knowledgeable technician that enjoys his work. He was well equipped with all the necessary tools and supplies to complete the service without having to come back on another day. Clearly Danny is not satisfied with just anything but a high quality performance.

      Edis, the technician, was polite, friendly and knowledgeable. He investigated the problem with my ductless a/c and heating system, and even called the manufacturer for additional information. He clearly explained the problem to me and provided a written estimate for the work that needs to be done.

      Courteous, professional, same day service. Explained everything in simple terms, reasonable price, and didn’t try to sell me anything I didn’t need. I would definitely recommend M.E. Flow and I would definitely use them again!

      I am very pleased and impressed with the customer service I received when I called on a weekend for emergency air conditioning service. I had no prior service contract with M E Flow, but I was treated like a valued customer. Within 15 hours, on a Sunday morning, a technician arrived to fix our air conditioner. I also received a courtesy call ahead of time to let me know the tech was on his way. The technician was extremely knowledgeable, polite, professional, and expeditious. He was able to accurate diagnose and fix the air conditioner with 45 minutes. The price we paid, which included the Sunday service call plus parts and labor, was only slightly more than a competitor was going to charge for only the “emergency” weekend service call. I would not hesitate to recommend M E Flow and our technician by name again.
