      Always prompt, professional and thorough. Annual contract for ac and furnace inspections is the way to go. A plumbing inspection is also available.

      Advanced Air has gone downhill and I will never use them again. I would like people to understand how bad the service is. Attached you will find a letter I sent that still has not be answered. Since that letter I have used another company and they were able to get the part in two ************************************************************ Advanced Air Home Services *************************************************************** Re: Problem getting service from ********* ****************** for Two Months ****************************************** / Current Manager:I have been trying unsuccessfully for many weeks to get work finished on my **. In February the Daikin unit was not working and a service man came and diagnosed the problem as needing a new coil. At the time they reinstalled refrigerant and said they would order the part and return to install it.For over two months now, I have been calling repeatedly to find out where the part is and why they have not called to schedule the repair. All the people whom I have spoken to are shocked that it has taken so long and each person assures me that they will find out what the problem is. Needless to say, no one has gotten back to me, nor has the ** been repaired. You will see in your records that I have purchased the extended warrantee covering parts and labor. I have waited patiently. Please look into this situation without my having to contact the ************************ or the Better Business Bureau or ************* or social media with my complaints.You can contact me .Thank you,******************
