      So glad we called them! We contacted M.E. early in the morning and they came mid-afternoon to work on our water leak. They provide a text message with the plumbers name and photo before they arrive. They worked diligently to diagnose our problem and offered a few pricing options. Great job and thank you!

      I purchased a new Lennox AC unit 3/31/21. The unit was used little. On February 26, 2023 ac did not cool when on. I called Advanced Air, service man came then he was going to order part. Two weeks later still no air, I called Advanced Air again, person said it had been fixed, she lied. She scheduled for another person...he came said nothing had been fixed. I have called numerous times and they keep telling me that only one part is in and they are waiting for the other part.. This unit is under warranty so I am unable to get another company. I find it hard to believe that the missing Lennox part can not be taken from another unit. NO AC FOR ONE AND A HALF MONTHS IS TOTALLY UNACCEPTABLE!!!!!!!! I am recovering from cancer, a senior and seasonal resident. I plan to go home in a couple of weeks. I live in a condo with over a hundred owners and Advanced Air is not getting good vibes from me.

      This company deserves 6 stars not just 5! From the courtesy of the schedulers to the professionalism of the techs I have never been disappointed in the 9 years we have had the good fortune of using their services.
