      Our hot water heater went, and we called around to 6 different plumbers and Advanced Air was the only one who could come out the same day. The salesman came out and looked at the job and said we could go with a tankless unit for $4400 or a 50-gallon tank unit for $2800.00 I chose to go with the 50 Gallon tank unit. However, the next day when the service man arrived, he said we couldn't go with the 50-gallon tank unit because there was an issue with the vent. So, I said to go with the tankless unit after which he informed me the price would be $5600.00 to install and said the salesman made a mistake in the price and should have known we couldn't go with the tank. The serviceman did a great job with the install, but I feel that the company ripped me off big time since the average price is $3600.00 for a tankless unit. I would highly recommend any other company then this one. I wish I waited for another plumber to come out but we needed it fixed right away because we had quests over and no hot water. Still losing sleep over this

      Very professional courteous service. They are always meticulous and communicate clearly. ME Flow has been my A/C servicing company for twenty years or so. Their technicians keep abreast of emerging technologies. Highly recommend this business.
