      I had an HVAC system replaced. I first spoke with Ricardo, and he explained in detail what the job would entail. I had done my research on the HVAC unit I wanted to have installed, and I had some questions about the system itself, and he was able to answer them honestly and professionally. The installers Andrew and Hunter did a phenomenal job with the install, the clean-up and the overall experience with Advanced Air was A+. I have used Advanced Air for many repairs with electric, HVAC, and plumbing. They have always been exceptional in their work and standing behind the products they install and sell. Any problems or concerns have always been answered with courtesy and fast service. They stand behind their commitment of customers service and work 100%.

      Came to this company through an acquisition, they are very shady, pushed all of us into getting on payroll before we even knew what they were paying us. They wouldn't tell us what our approximate yearly income would be. I believe getting us on payroll was so we couldn't file for unemployment. Fortunately I already had other offers from way better companies. STAY AWAY from this company.

      In 2024 my sister and I purchased what we thought was a brand new HVAC however, we have had nothing but trouble with this brand new purchase. Every time we call do they show up sure ! But has the issues been resolved NO! We had to order a new part last year and they have already been out to service the unit 4 times this year and we are only four months into the new year. I can never speak directly to a manager constantly getting the run around on the phone. No call back from Khloe who works in the parts department spoke with someone at 8am (4/8/25) and still no call back from anyone.(@ 1:22 PM.) We are starting a business and we can't be successful without a working unit we are relying on a working unit that we paid in full for. We expect to have this issue resolved at this point you are hindering us from making a profit I guess since Mr. Carmine ******* has made his profit he doesn't give a damn if we make one or not. I'm seeking legal action and a full refund because this is unacceptable. We trusted this company to stand on business and we are standing in a hot/cold ass home! If the unit was refurbished than admit that and don't continue to gaslight us into something that it's not.

      I recently hired Advanced Air to replace one indoor GFI outlet. The electrician replaced it and it took less than a 1/2 hour to complete the job. I was charged $450, I would not recommend due to pricing! We have used them in the past and did not have this problem, we will not use them again!

      I’m so appreciative of how quickly A+ Heating & Cooling responded, and while my unit was beyond repair, everyone I dealt with honest with me and gave me the best customer service. Thank you just doesn’t seem like enough!!

      The repairs were done very well and the technicians were outstanding and they completed everything as proposed efficiently and I would recommend them to everyone and Thank you again.

      We have been customers for 22 yrs, we have had toilets, sinks,faucets replaced always thought repair price was reasonable till last week, we had few issues with 2 toilets seal leaking,shut off valves old, ( we provided those) he finished putting in bidet we started, he was here about an hour $1400.00, technician told us price up front, at time had company didn't ask what each part costs, technician said he would send us itemized bill, it was not itemized, Been trying to speak to plumbing manager for a week he is to busy to call us , says price is was it is, it seems shady not to provide an itemized statement, we were told we don't do that. I want an itemized bill to see how it added up to $1400.00,say labor 300.00 an hour(Google plumber hourly repair rate said $75.00-150.00 in my area) that would mean 1100.00 in parts?? I am going to post review everywhere I can to let people know. This is outrageous pricing for what time he was here and I am told can't see itemized bill. Will tell everyone I know not to use them, we will no longer be a loyal custmer. Found out they were bought out to a larger corporation recently. Seen other reviews on this outrageous pricing. You have lost a loyal customer and could care less. Shame on you.
