      Five Star installed a damaged heat pump that made all kinds of noise. The technicians wanted to blame it on my ductwork. The manager didn’t return my calls. Then, I discovered they never pulled a permit nor did they have a licensed contractor when they did the job. I ended up getting all my money back. But, what a fiasco!
      I had Horizon come and put in a new system. There was no noise. My ductwork was just fine. Night and day difference on the install!

      David Gray is an exemplary company. They are so busy because people trust them. Their employers are excellent, honest, and know their field!
      I needed someone & I was told I could expect a plumber between 8AM & 11AM today, such a busy Saturday that a gentleman who had the day off,Chris Peek, came to my home and not only installed a kitchen sink garbage disposal but taught me how to take care of it properly. Christopher Peek is my initial reason for embracing David Gray Co. He was diligent, kind, and a teacher in the subject of plumbing. Chris is an asset to David Gray
