      Terrible. Dont expect them to stand by their work product, unless you want to pay an additional $540.00. They came out to fix a clog (never came in the house), at my 90 yr old fathers house (which we own). The guy sent a snake down through the roof, pulled out some nasty stuff and called it a day. Two months later and its back to being clogged. If you claim to clear a whole house stoppage, then it should be cleared - especially for $540!!!Two months later, the single-person home is clogged again. When we called again, the admin person said the technician labeled the job as a leaky faucet weird! They told us they had a 90 day guarantee and would be out between 1-5 to address it. Got a call at 3:45 that they didnt guarantee clogs, but would come back out for most-likely the same cost. I dont think so. Its too bad. We were trying to find a reputable company to service our two homes. It wont be David Gray.
