      If you are considering the purchase or repair of your heating and air conditioning system I most strongly recommend you contact Dan D*****, a Home Comfort Advisor at M.E. Flow. Dan has 35 years of experience in this business and his knowledge and background are clear -- he knows what he's talking about! In my case, Dan patiently responded to all of my questions in multiple phone calls, was obviously committed to my having accurate and precise product information, and willingly provided his cell phone number to that end. Dan also took the initiative to follow up with me, and his phone calls were timely and very much appreciated. In short, Dan D***** is an outstanding representative for M.E. Flow. Where customer service at some companies is often less than satisfactory, Dan exemplifies superb customer service to ensure that the customer is well informed. I sincerely respect and appreciate his expertise and dedicated assistance, and I cannot recommend him highly enough.

      I HAVE HAD DAVID GRAY PLUMBING OUT TO HAVE OTHER WORK DONE. THEY HAVE INSTALLED TWO WATER HEATERS, BATH SHOWER FAUCET REPAIRED, BATH FAUCET REPAIR AND TUB FAUCET REPAIRED. TWO YEARS AGO I THEM COME OUT AND REPLACE THREE BATH FAUCETS AT MY MOTHER IN LAWS HOME. I HAD THE FAUCETS TO BE INSTALLED. THE LABOR CHARGE WAS $244.00 FOR ALL THREE TO BE INSTALLED. ON 1/18/2023 I HAD THEM OUT TO INSTALL ONE FAUCET THAT I HAD. THEIR LABOR CHARGE WAS $579.22. I FEEL LIKE I WAS RIPPED OFF. I HAVE STOPED TELLING OTHERS TO USE DAVID GRAY AND TELL ANYONE WHO ASKED WHO I HAVE USED AND TO USE THEM. *******************
