      I have been a customer of ME Flow for many years. All their staff are super professional. I like that the technicians are always on time and do quality work. This time I had an emergency with the heating system and ME flow showed up in less than two hours to resolve the problem. Jaime answered all my questions, was very courteous and knowledgeable.

      Fantastic customer service , technicians arrived on time and iinstalled New HVAC was bit expensive for 699 sqf condo. But wort it. They might come back to check why its bit loud . Will definitly recommend ME Flow. And will use them in the futur if services are needed.

      Date 1/19/23. This company will not give a quote over the phone; they must come out for $69 to investigate, quote and then possibly complete the work. I requested them to replace my Dishwasher (had new appliance ready and adapter kits). The quote to replace the Dishwasher was over $800. Their competitor quoted the same job for $150. The dispatch person told me the reason they can't price over the phone is because pricing is also driven by where you live.

We made the decision to eliminate this confusion by only quoting work that we can see and quantify. I'm happy for you that were able to have the work done to your satisfaction for such a low price. DG's model of quality, customer service, and commitment to our team members require a more realistic price.Where you live has no bearing on what we charge. I regret that my team misspoke. I will address this with them.My team has refunded your service charge. Best wishes!

      The service was outstanding. They arrived the same day requested. The receptionist contacted the dispatch and soon after they contacted me they would be there in 15 minutes and sure enough they arrived. The work was performed by the MEFlow professional and they had the parts available. Very satisfied and would refer MEFlow to everyone in need of their services.
