      Above and beyond Service. My handyman said he couldn’t fix my condo’s heat so I called M.E. Flow. They were here in 24 hours and fixed the problem in less than an hour.

      M E Flow installed a new propane furnace and two heat pumps in the spring. Installation was professionally done. They came back today for the six month checkup. Jeffrey C**** was the technician. He was very knowledgeable and thorough. I could not have been more satisfied. Jeffrey is a good

      ME Flow continues to live up to its reputation of being a 5* organization. Of particular note is Jamey Mellott, a great Technician. Jamey did a superb plumbing inspection and addressed three (3) issues my wife found earlier. Jamey’s work was truly outstanding and his ‘Eagle eye’ solved the issues my wife identified. Jamey was most professional, courteous and efficient. He deserves recognition by senior Management of ME Flow. John D.

      I would not recommend ME Flow for your next HVAC service. They called 30 minutes before my appointment to confirm they were on there way but never showed up. After 1.5 hours I called their number and they said the serviceman showed up but determined the unit could not be serviced because my condo building's "boiler" was not on. 
      This makes no sense because I have an individual HVAC unit in my unit that is independent of the boiler. My building manager confirmed if the building boilers are not on, ME Flow can still service my unit. So it seems like ME Flow was either:
      (1) lazy and did not want to service my unit that day or
      (2) so incompetent that they do not know when a unit can be serviced despite coming to this building weekly to service other units.
      I called their office number the next day to ask what happened and they told me they would have the Service Manager call me to "explain". Never got a call and I am not wasting my time calling them back. I highly recommend another HVAC company for your needs like Air Treatment Co. in Vienna, VA.

      We purchased our house in May and the prior owners used ME Flow, so we thought we would check them out. The technician, Danny Q. was great. He arrived on time, was very professional, and answered all our questions. Since we just moved in, he explained our HVAC system, the time periods to change filters, and how our humidifier worked since we haven’t had one before. He also installed a sensor just in case the unit leaked so that our basement wouldn’t flood. He did a great job, and we will continue to use ME Flow.

      Travis and Eddie not only painstakingly took on an intricate job exchanging old galvanized steel pipes for copper, they saved me $8000. The job was isolated to my bathroom, but another company insisted that to fix it I would have to repipe the whole house. Misrepresenting and trying to fleece a senior citizen (or anyone) is unethical. Travis and Eddie are honest, hardworking and personable. I will call M E Flow for all my plumbing needs in the future and ask for them specifically.
