      Nice people in the field and good quality work, but since the company was acquired by Southern HVAC the prices seem to have skyrocketed. They installed our new HVAC system less then 7 years ago. It failed and we called them again. After testing it was determined that the compressor needed to be replaced, luckily it was still covered by warranty. However, just the 3-hour job by a single tech costed nearly $3K, that's a $1K/hr. BTW, the national average for this job is about half of this and this one had the parts under warranty... It took multiple calls over 2 weeks just to get a response from a service manager who basically gave a list of how many steps goes into repairing this problem. We called the manufacturer and were told that the service company will file paperwork to get reimbursed for the parts that are under warranty. It seems like the plan for the company to pocket that money as well, as they never mention us getting reimbursed for the parts. Won't use this and the other companies owned by Southern HVAC.

We also communicated that there was no available rebate for the services you contacted us to perform. While we sincerely apologize that you have not had the best experience regarding our services and pricing, we do strive to provide the best service and most affordable solutions to all of our customers. We would like to issue you a complimentary 1-year agreement as an added benefit to your purchase or a 10% discount as an amicable compromise. We truly value our customers and their experiences with us and we hope you will consider our efforts to address your concerns.

      Hmm... Less then 7 years ago you installed a brand new Bryant HVAC system. Then you replaced a compressor charging us $1K/hr and now you offer 1-year agreement and 10% off as a compromise? Is it the same 1-year service that we already paid $199, to get 20% discount on labor that we were sold along with this overpriced job? Really don't see how this is any compromise...

      ME Flow was at my doorstep within an hour of my call. Two courteous and knowledgeable guys had diagnosed my problem and replaced my faulty step-down valve within another hour. Awesome work guys! Thank you, ME Flow!

      I returned home from a long trip to find my kitchen sink backed up, and unusable. ME Flow sent Jamey Mellott out the very next day and he fixed it. What impressed me was how careful he was in my home - quiet, neat, and clean. I then asked him about some other plumbing problems I was having and he gave me excellent advice. He did not rush me into giving ME Flow the business, but I have followed his advice and have scheduled some long wished-for improvements to my kitchen and bath. Thank you Jamey!!
