      Victor was the best! He was very professional, coureous, and had a thouough knowlege of our system. He was informative and answered all my questions and and was able to solve some of the issues that had been troubling us for a long time. He was meticulous in marking the equipment with the measurements he made to aid in future check-ups. He suggested some corrections that could be made to further improve efficiency and prolong the life of the components. We were both very impressed and really glad M.E. Flow sent him to perform our HVAC checkup. M.E. Flow has consistently provided quality service, and Victor exemplified that excellence.

      M. E. Flow is very reliable and definitely service oriented. If you have an emergency, they will come most often on the same day. Their work is impeccable and the technicians very knowledgeable. They are also very friendly and up front with the cost of the work to be done. I highly recommend M. E. Flow.

      I have been a customer for 20 + years. Purchased their annual service agreement (for priority service and parts) only to call for repairs and was given an appointment a week later, and no one showed up. I called them, both locally and in FLA. No response. Requested a refund for no service and there was no response. They never showed up as scheduled. After multiple efforts to contact them for a refund, nothing. The business was sold to a FLA company, attempted to contact them, nothing. I left a ****** review and nothing.

      We’ve been with M E Flow for nearly fifteen years and have always found their service to be highly professional and their prices very competitive. We recently had an HVAC system installed. It required an inspection by the county. When the inspector arrived and found M E Flow had done the installation, he remarked, “You are in good hands.”

      ME Flow has always provided me with superior service in the 14 years I've owned my home. From the techs to the office staff, everyone is courteous and gives me great advice. For appointments, the time windows of morning or afternoon are great to plan with, and techs usually get here in the early part of those windows so I don't have to all day in suspense wondering when they will get here.
