  STOP!! Do not use this company located with an address in ********. We asked for a bid. Gave them requested deposit. Within 52 hours we called to cancel and request refund. The rest has gone downhill ever since, including sending us a counterfeit check. Please use another for of moving service. This is a broker *** that takes your money and adios.Please if you value your sanity and financial integrity, youll try Colonial Moving. Anyone but these people.

  Run. They said it would be $3,400 and the day of they charged me $8,000 for the move. They took 21 days to deliver our items. They stole our Playstation and DVD box was missing. They broke our lamps. Even though they put our beds back together it was not worth it to deal with the rude ?customer service and scam artist. This is the worst moving company do not use them. The Holy Spirit will get Justice. I pray God shuts them down. In ***** ****.

  every word that they speak is a lie they are morally and ethically bankrupt when you request that they at least try to do the move in a reasonal manner they just laugh at you because you already paid them money just like we did

  They get one star if I could give them a negative I would. Our price started at $7700 and ended up being close to $26,000. I was called the day before the and was told the Sr. *** that priced this for us did not know what he was doing and the price more than doubled due to the size of our load in cubic feet. When the mover showed up a day late, they slammed me for another $10,000. Until the movers arrived, I found out they were subcontracted by 3 Brothers which apparently is only a broker. I was told that I would have to pay for additional packing of furniture as well as an addition $1,000 move our golf cart which was on the original estimate. When the movers showed up to delivery our stuff at our new house they were in a rush, did not put everything together, went in our refrigerator without permission and drank beer that we had. When I confronted the moving company contracted by 3 brothers about these issues, I was told to send pictures for a claim. I walked around with the ******* and took pictures and was told a claim was filed. I called the moving company again and was told Oh you should have received something from us. I then called 3 brothers and was told to file a claim which I told them I did and also is not uncommon to pay 4 times the amount initially given. I truly believe this might be a serious industry issue. Calling you a day before and changing amount or showing up for the move to say the broker was wrong and again increasing the amount is paramount to being held hostage. This was truly a horrible and costly experience for me and my family,

  Zero stars!!! Do not contract with these people.. I was quoted a price and told it would be a two day delivery. My price was increased by about 30% at the eleventh hour leaving me with no choice.. the 2 days turned into 9 days. No apology or offer of restitution.. they are CROOKS!!!

  The balance quoted was not honored and we paid $2700.00 more than anticipated, more than double. Customer Service is delaying.

  A horrible company with horrible customer service. They lie to get the sale and then the subsequent moving company was just as bad with a higher price, lying about date of delivery and then when items were lost, there is absolutely no help. I made a terrible mistake going with this company.

  Cameron with the quality assurance department is all talk and no walk. Threatening customers over the phone hiding in his office states away because his company likes to do the bait and switch scam. They’ll try to rob you for thousands and act like you’re the problem when they didn’t do their job to begin with. Bunch of hacks. Tried to take my deposit from us too but we got it back didn’t we Cameron ;)

  Quote a price for rhe move only to have a truck show up the day before you closing and before putting one thing on the truck tell you it was miss quoted and you have to pay an addition $3150.00 or they won't take. You can't close because they were calculating by not scheduling you until late the day before. Then quoted storage fir your load at $125.00 per month without even telling you it's going to be held in pick up state not the one you are moving to with the first 30 days included in quoted price which at that pointvwas $6800.00. The mive to Floruda was to be October 2024 with no sure deluvery date and our knowledge it would be at least two months storage which was quoted at the $125.00 per month. When the next communication took place we were ready for the deluvery and it was at that time we knew rhey were shaking us down once again. At this we were told were had to pay $7080.00 which is not close to the $2500.00 on our contract and when asked why they were charing us that we were told the storage was $1000.00 per month not the $125.00 on our paperwork. This is a shakedown and they are holding our belongings hostages until we pay them the $7080.00. We don't have that and even if we did we won't be taken advantage if a second time. We need help, as seniors we don't have a lot if money living on SS and can't afford a good lawyer. This company is not only shaking us down they are taking advantage of senior citizens. Our childhood pictures, our children and grandchildren pictures are in that load and we fear we will never get them back. We have all our paperwork from them and our proof of payment to them for this contract. They have been harassing us with emails and text messages to the point that we have blocked them. Please help us get our belongings
