    Let me start by saying that 3 brothers is just a broker-- meaning they will match you up with someone to move your stuff. The carrier that they selected for me, Posh Moving and Storage, was terrible. My experience with three brothers was good; they were kind, helpful, and respectful. Posh, on the other hand, over charged me, gave almost zero communication, and was rough with my items. The charge ended up being double the estimate (which I even buffered a little bit to be sure I had enough room). They quoted 2 weeks for delivery but took 3, and they didn't reach out to me until the day of. I was told that they would give at least 72 hours notice, so we went away for the weekend. I had to leave my vacation and return home because they couldn't honor their commitments. Is this 3 Brothers' fault? No, absolutely not, but when you are a broker, your carriers' performance reflects on you. For that reason, I won't be able to recommend that anyone uses 3 brothers.

    We are sorry to hear that your experience with Posh Moving was less than satisfactory. At this time, we are in the process of contacting their management in order to verify that they are performing according to our expectations. The company has noted on their end that you received communication on the 22nd indicating that delivery would take place within 5-7 business days. It is expected that you receive 24 hour notice that delivery is incoming. As of 4/9, your pickup was completed. On the delivery disclosure it was stated that the estimated delivery date was 14 business days from your first available delivery date. However, this was not a guaranteed date. Regarding the additional cost at the time of pickup, I reviewed the paperwork. On the inventory sheet, 149 items are listed as opposed to the 94 items we received during the inventory process. If there are additional items, the space reservation will increase, which in turn will raise the total cost of the move since it is based on the amount of space occupied by the truck. We understand that it is impossible for you to remember every piece of furniture or item that needs to be moved. This is why you are able to adjust the inventory at the time of pickup. That being said, if additional space is required or additional services need to be provided, the move cost will increase. There has been no communication from you that there was anything unsatisfactory happening with your move. We wish we had known so that we could intervene on your behalf. Based upon the notes on the file you have been issued a refund of $300 from 3 Brothers Moving & Storage and $200 from the carrier.

    I never post reviews but after working with Wright and his crew I knew I had to! They went above and beyond from start to finish and were incredibly helpful.

    I (obviously) made a huge mistake requesting a general quote for a move. This company responded. Seven phone calls and eight emails with in hours, in addition to text messages (and that was just yesterday). Anthony kept texting and calling, I didn't answer as I will never be a customer of a company that thinks it's ok to harass potential customers. I blocked his number and he texted from a new number just now saying this "how come you put in a request with my company to move to NM if you did not want to get pricing?" I responded that I was no longer interested and his aggressive response wouldn't gain me as a customer. He then texted: Yeah, well I got you to respond this time. I mean, just think about it, it’s pretty rude when you ask somebody for something and then just ignore them". (I have the screenshot.)
    I would laugh if I wasn't now extremely uncomfortable and feeling unsafe. In this day and age, having someone like this having my contact information is extremely worrisome. I have no idea how this company trains their employees but this is not the way to gain customers.
    The two companies I did respond to? Sent ONE email, politely written, letting me know they are there should I have questions. None of this deluge that is harassment. If they treat potential clients like this when trying to win your business, I cannot imagine how they would treat my belongings on a cross-country move.

    I do apologize if there was a misunderstanding. I see only two text messages were sent to the number on the initial quote. On the first day, we received the request for information and followed up a few days later as there had not been a response received. I will follow up with the sales representative about how it could be received as aggressive attempting to reach out to a potential client more than once and to be more mindful.
