1 starThey Beat their competitors by almost $2000. For a move for my disabled brother. I asked if it was a scam. They swore that that was price however, by the time we are all done it was an additional almost $2000 . they also verbally told me that it would be delivered on December 14 when it wasn’t delivered until December 29 and that was after countlessphone calls and emails. I was extremely disappointed with them at first they called me all the time once I got my payment I could notget returned phone calls. Very disappointed in him I would not recommend them at all.Review fromlois l

1 starI called 3 Brothers for a quote on a possible future delivery. Eric ******* talked me into a deposit of 879 dollars to lock in a price for a year. I told him I did not do business on the computer and he would have to mail me a hard copy if he wanted me to sign anything, I stupidly thought he would not take the money from our account until he got a signed contract back. He took the money from our account and after months of conversations with people I have never received any paperwork from this company to sign. I had originally randomly picked a p/u date of October 31, On Oct 1 I told Alexis we would not be ready for p/u until sometime 2025, I also reminded her that I had still never received any paperwork to sign. On Oct 28 at 9 pm I got a call from a man that spoke broken English wanting to come on Oct 30th for p/u. I talked to Alexis again on Nov 1. knowing I was wasting my time. I now know why they only want to deal in Emails because the original quote has now timed out and along with the debit and another email have cleared, but the titles of Eric *******, debit and quote still exist. Also, unfortunately for them, we still get bank statements in the mail and our checking account shows a debit on August 23 to 3 Brothers Moving for 879 dollars. At this point I figure our money is lost, but the main reason for this post is to try to stop this group of criminals (they are criminals) from ripping anyone else off. They have been stealing money from people for too long.Review fromBrian H

1 starQuality and honesty are a rare commodity at this company.
Tried using the old bait and switch on my order. I inquired for and estimate to move my household goods from Florida to Texas Sales agent shorted the cubic feet by not listening to my description of the items I needed shipped.
I was quoted one price and lo and behold when the subcontractor showed up to load up, because the sales agent did not write exactly what I said would be needed, the price went from $2400 to almost $8,000.Review fromDolores L

1 starCompany does not provide accurate estimates - buyer beware!!!!
Costs increased from the original estimate of $2,500 to over $10,000 on the day of the move with no advance warning and when there were few if any other options.
-The original quote was based on a number of rooms being moved. Later, a full and complete list of items was provided.
-Several weeks later and only a few days before the move, the company indicated they needed to send a larger truck and more than doubled the price. At this point it seemed unprofessional/inexperienced that they had made such a mistake with their estimates. But since the move was only a few days later, we continued to work with them. We did add additional packing materials and services which was a portion of the increase but never received this benefit because of what happened to the estimate on the day of the move.
- On the day of the move, the crew that arrived indicated they needed additional space and added another 40% to the cost. I trusted the company to be experts who could accurately estimate the cost of my move. I was extremely disappointed with the outcome and felt taken advantage of.
- My belongings were moved safely.Review fromBrian P

1 starThis was the worsr moving experience we have ever encountered. Was quoted a price and told it would be the whole price. They miskead us that they were in Green Bay, WI. movers didn't show up until late at night. It was a company out of Chicago that showed up. They would not move us unless we paid an additional $4,000. Sent them back. I believe 3 brothers moving is nothing but a dishonest broker.Review fromEva R

1 star11/13/2024 victor gave an estimate which includes a senior discount, after I described number of boxes small and medium home depot size. I told him that so far I have 35 boxes and described all the rest of bulking items. Victor told me that I can have 60 boxes in total and with the senior discount could be $2436 and ask me to pay him $1200 to him and the rest to pay when the foreman and crew (2) will pick up my boxes and furniture $618 at time of pick up and $618 on the delivery. 0n 11/27/2024 Mr. ******* appeared only with only one and not happy worker. Mr ******* was rude since the start he stated that there is not a citizen discount and complained the 150 feet that his worker has to walk when the distance in between the truck and apartment were 2 frontal apts. He increased it to $ 2,088 instead of $ 1200 (988 dollars more in total) in spite that I have only 41 boxes instead of the 60 medium size boxes that Victor allow me to have. I also packed all my furniture with strong material so as in the mattress he only added more tape saving him time and material, He refused to give me copies of 2 documents that I signed in the rush. He was rude increasing his voice and said that I do not needed them. At the end he ask me to gave them a tip which it surprise me, I declined any tip. He punish me, instead of 3 days of delivery as he promise me it took 2 weeks which I have to expend a lot of money staying in a hotel, my pet parrot in a special facility, I have collected a lot of receipts from air bed to pans for cooking. When my items arrived on December 10, 2024 the driver only did the job, I had to help him. My big picture was badly scratch in 2 corners as my bed frame. One small box missed with my LB support sit cushion, 2 strong gloves...Review fromKelley P

1 starThey are the worst!!! I was quoted $ 3204.01 from 3 Brothers and only to find out they subcontracted my move to ****** ******* Relocations, LLC. 3 Brothers sent the wrong size truck to move my 3-bedroom colonial home including basement and garage from NJ to Delaware. They never came out for estimate and just quoted price based on the description I gave them. They received a deposit from me of $1396.00 then another $1300.00 day of my move 12/4/24. ****** ******* blamed 3 Brothers at fault as they are the broker. They wound up filling small box truck and said they'd need to get another truck to finish. I took the word of the driver (moving employees) that we would be able to completely finish the job with other truck. After numerous hours they found a truck and arrived at my home at 9:50 pm (with the size truck that should have come originally) not the box truck. At approximately, 12 am their employer said they have worked over their time limit and would have to come back tomorrow. and that this will now cost a total of $13,583.71 minus my deposits so I have to pay them a balance for $10,887.99 via cash or postal money order when my things arrive. I was asked when to deliver and I told them Saturday 12/7/24. The whole day went by and I called 3 Brothers to ask for estimated time of arrival and Alexis placed me on hold only to come back on and tell me not until Monday 12/9/24. On 12/9/24, I texted driver asking eta. He called me and said between 2-4 pm. He said, I need cash or postal money order, and he would be on the way to DE. I called Alex the driver back and told him that my CapitalOne bank no longer has a branch down in Rehoboth Beach, DE so I am having difficulties getting the money and I am headed to Fulton Bank to inquire about wiring money from my CapitalOne account to Fulton account. CapitalOne said it would take a couple hours. I received a call from Carlos at ** saying they are having truck turn around. They are totally ripping me off!!!Review fromBlake P

1 starThis company told us that we would need around 966 cu ft for 60 boxes, 2 fridges, a small chest freezer, dining table, king bed/frame, dressers, side tables, dining table, and some miscellaneous things. Then changed the quote to 670 and told us their software told them it’ll work. We agreed to $3300 for that. We requested a refund as we didn’t sign the bill of lading and they refused it. I eventually agreed to it and then the moving truck shows up today and the moving truck they subcontracted quotes us at 1600 cu ft and $6675 for the moving cost. We couldn’t afford it and had to cancel the service and lost our $1622 deposit we placed with them because they lied to us. NEVER USE THIS COMPANY FOR YOUR MOVING NEEDS. Don’t believe what Joe says especially about the bad reviews, this is the least reputable moving company we have ever used and are scammers. They also converted my information into a E-Check without my consent so my bank wouldnt dispute the charge.Review fromDonna D

1 starWARNING!!! Total Ripoff, Big time Scammers!! everyone from the owner to the representatives. I paid a $900 deposit last February 2024 and within the cancellation period I cancelled as stated in the contract. It is now November 31, 2024 and although I've received numerous verbal and written promises to receive my refund all I've received are lies. I even showed up at their clone of an office after which I received another call from their office rep. who again promised my refund. That was in June 2024 and needless to say I still haven't received my refund.Review fromNora S

1 starI’ve had the most dreadful experience with this company. They quoted one price after getting an estimate about my belongings in a 3 bedroom home and I estimated 100 boxes. About a week before the movers arrived the salesperson called from 3 Brothers and requested another inventory of my house belongings. At that time I was required an additional $2700 plus amount. When the actual movers arrived I was told I’d need to pay another $6100. The total cost doubled from the original $7600 quote to 15,000! I was unable to speak with anyone at 3 Brothers numerous times and one phone number said the msg machine was full. I also got a call from the company after I tried to get a hold of ANYONE and my cell rang once from a 321 Area code that I called then the call dropped. Totally unreliable company with exceedingly non communication between their company and the movers they subcontract to. Strongly advise this company be shut down!
