This company does not even deserve 1 star review. The major players here to look out for. John ********: 3 bros sales rep. Sarah: 3 Bros manager. Jessica: 3 Bros employee. Cita Van Lines. All of who were dishonest, demanding, forceful, very rude and disrespectful. First red flag, three brothers is not a moving company, but a broker (did not know until pickup, when a different company picked up my furniture). 3 brothers contract you for a certain amount, finally charging you more because in the end what you sign is an estimate (did not know until pickup). However, this sales rep, John ******** made me feel forced into signing the contract by end of day, in order to “lock me in at that rate”. Your furniture will then be moved by several different third-party companies around the country. No one at 3 Bros is helpful, as they pass you off as soon as they receive your signature and deposit. In the end, we were charged 1000 more dollars than what we signed on for. I even have a conversation in writing from Sarah, the manager, guaranteeing that I will not owe any more money upon delivery, that she personally knows the moving company owner. Guess what, we had to pay 900 more dollars upon delivery and Sarah was no where to be found and refused to get on the phone w me bc she was “in a meeting”. Jessica, along w a few others along the way, argued and yelled at me, refused help, degraded my intelligence when I questioned all of the hidden fees, etc. basically, if we did not pay, I would not receive my family heirlooms that were being passed down to me by my great grandmother. Priceless, sentimental pieces were being held hostage if we didn’t cough up an additional $900 upon delivery. Long story short, and lots of meat in between, but this company is horrendous to work with, I would even say on the verge of criminal. Do not use!

So far so bad. Everything they said and agreed to turns out to be a lie! First they guaranteed a not to exceed price, then they said I was lucky and my belongings will be loaded in one truck and delivered straight to my new home without any additional stops as we are the only family using the truck, AND our stuff will be delivered in 2 days. Then it turns out they are not even the actual trucking company. The actual moving company said there may be up charges, and that they will pick up in one truck and deliver in another and our stuff should arrive in 1 to 3 WEEKS!!!

BEWARE OF THIS MOVING COMPANY! THEY WILL STEAL YOUR MONEY!!
When we first contacted 3 Brothers Moving & Storage and arranged a move date, we expressed our concern that the sale of our home had not been finalized and that we needed flexibility if we needed to cancel. Nicholis *******, who claimed to be the “man in charge” (who we have come to find out is a mere representative) assured us that this would not be an issue and that we could move the date or cancel without penalty. To further give us comfort, we conferenced in my husband (a lawyer) on the call where Nick said the same. Nick even went on to say that although the cancellation says X, he was in charge, and we could cancel anytime if need be. After we were both convinced that there was no risk in cancellation and that Nick was the man in charge, we offered to provide a credit card number for the deposit. Nick said that they don't take credit cards because in the past, they had been frauded by people who had completed a move, didn't pay, and cancelled their credit cards. Because of that, Nick asked us for payment directly from our checking account. Innocently, we thought that their business was reputable, that Nick was able to keep his word, and that they wouldn't attempt to STEAL our money.
Unfortunately, for no fault of ours, our buyer pulled out of our deal, and we immediately contacted Nick to cancel our move. He instructed me to contact customer service via text and passed me off. What happened to being “the man in charge” who would take care of us? After numerous emails, Sarah in customer service denied our refund and another associate told me that not only we would not receive a refund, we also could not use it for any future moves. They STOLE $1,300 from us.
We have tried to call numerous times without returned calls, have been hung up on by several minions who answered the calls, and have sent a demand letter insisting that we are refunded.
    STAY AWAY!

Usually, movers took time loading and unloading the truck, but these guys rocked it.

Stay away from this company! They are great at selling you how wonderful they are, but after that its like pulling teeth to even get them to return your phone call. I have moved five times before dealing with them with no problem at all. My last move using their service was the move from hell. Time delay , lost items, brokerage with no help from them of the movers they provided. There can answer was " put in a claim" The insurance protection they provided, is a claim arbitrator. They are best at having you refile the claim application for weeks. (missing items on application) All I can say is stay away.

This was my first time hiring a mover and I wish I had done my research. The sales rep, acted helpful in the beginning. Offered to call and walk me through the process, but he unfortunately left a lot out. First I didn’t know they were a broker. They left out the information about when my stuff would be delivered, little did I know it could take up to 21 days. They told me I could change move pick up date, they told me the first flight of stairs was free, and they would take down and put up my furniture upon my move. The sales rep seemed friendly and endearing, promised to be helpful throughout the process. I found out most of that to be untrue. The rep repeatedly text me about booking with them, he acted like a jealous boyfriend. It was unprofessional. Once I paid and signed he wasn’t very responsive. The company they hired to pick up my stuff was great! Especially the two men who showed up. Although they were misinformed about a second pick up location and my request to switch pick up dates was completely ignored by 3 brothers moving.
It wasn’t until my pick up date I was told it could take 21 days to deliver my stuff but hopefully it could get delivered in a week. My kids and I slept on the floor and had no additional clothing than the few items we packed. I had no idea ANOTHER moving company would be hired to deliver my items. Again the 2 movers who brought my stuff were great but the company they worked for not so much. They canceled 3 times I had to miss work each time after they promised a delivery date and time. It started to make me nervous I was being scammed so I reached out to my 3 bros sales rep. His response came off very demeaning. I was then charged $85 for each additional step past 7, which the 3 brothers rep didn’t tell me. 3 stairs of which was the curb, and the movers used the ADA ramp! The movers were then called away and didn’t complete putting my furniture together. Over charged and mis informed. Stay clear of this company.

Scam Alert! This is the most dishonest company I have ever dealt with. Don't believe anything they tell you. My initial discussion was with Joe its-not-easy-being-Greene, who told me the following:
-The truck would pick up my belongings in Dallas on Thursday, then drive directly to Orlando and deliver on Monday morning. This sounded too good to be true because typically movers require a 7-14 day spread for delivery. When I questioned this, he assured me it would happen because they had so many deliveries between Dallas and Orlando. He identified language in the contract which he said guaranteed delivery by Tuesday.
-He told me that he researched the pickup and delivery locations on Google maps and confirmed that there would be no charge for long carry.
-He told me that he would coordinate all of the details, and he would be my single point of contact throughout the process. He said to call him on his cell phone at any time if there was a problem.
-He implied that 3 Brothers was the actual moving company rather than a broker.
Once I paid the deposit, I never heard from Joe again. He neither answered his phone nor responded to my many voicemails. 3 Brothers was just a broker, different companies did the pickup and delivery who each demanded separate payments. My stuff wasn't delivered until nine days later. I was charged a long carry fee during delivery.
I repeatedly complained to Sarah ******, the Customer Service Supervisor. She said my contract was with the other moving companies and it wasn't her problem.

    UPDATE:

3 Brothers saw my review and contacted me. They were very apologetic and assured me that they want to do business in an honest manner and have taken action to prevent this kind of situation from happening again. They provided a partial refund. I am satisfied that they did the right thing.
