I am writing to express my extreme disappointment and frustration with the consistently poor customer service and the lack of cleanliness we have received at the *******************. Despite my repeated attempts to address various concerns, we have been met with indifference and a lack of resolution.Specifically, I have been disappointed with the unresponsiveness of ****, who has failed to address our concerns or follow up on issues we have raised. Furthermore, while *** has been friendly and courteous, his efforts to assist me have been ineffective due to his lack of authority or ability to implement solutions. The lack of attention to customer needs and the absence of effective problem-solving are unacceptable. I urge you to take necessary steps to improve the customer service at the *******************, including providing adequate training to staff and ensuring that concerns are addressed promptly and efficiently.I hope to see a marked improvement in the future. If not, my parents will be forced to explore alternative options.

We take pride in our communities and customer service and do our best to maintain a clean community that our residents are proud to call home. It appears that you are submitting this on behalf of a resident at our community and your email is rather vague, so I am not completely sure what building cleanliness issues you have been experiencing. Please know that if a resident sees a spill or an issue anywhere in the common areas of the community, the best way to alert the team of an issue is through a service request. We offer an online resident portal to submit work orders ************************************************************************************ regard to additional customer service training, it would be most helpful if you could share more details of what may have transpired. Our customer service department can be reached directly at *************. We would appreciate any additional information so we can attempt try to address your specific concerns.

This company and the system requires a serious looking into by Congress. Back in February an application was started and the portal required financial and employment information with a deposit fee. While the deposit fee was paid and awaiting to get the other required information, contact was made with the company to notify them that the employment information couldn't be acquire and that we are no longer interested in going through the process. Now this was practically the next day after the $****** was paid. After trying several times to contact the same community representative, via phone, no one answered the phone, hence filed a dispute with the bank. Four months later these people sending a collection letter demanding the ******. Big companies once again ****** people.

This has been the worst experience with a leasing office. It has been an entire year going back and forth with concord rents. I met all of their requirements in terms of the income restriction. Earlier this week I receive an email from the manager at ******************** that I could fly out to ******* to receive my keys this Friday and move in as soon as possible. I paid for a flight not to mention all the other money spent on printing out documents, scanning, and notarizing. I receive an email today that my application was denied. The employees work terribly, everyone tells me different things about my application and process.

I currently reside at ************* in ********. Im reaching out on the BBB site since responses from the management company are mandatory here; something that the leasing office has failed to do on a continuous basis during this particular incident that Im going to explain here. There are two elevators at this property , both have been inoperable since May 11th 2024. Today, on May 27th both elevators are still down. It was reported to the residents that the thunderstorm that took place on May 11th resulted in lightening striking a transformer that was responsible for powering portions of the building, the fire alarm system and both elevators. I dont have an electrical background but I cant wrap my head around how a management company owning multiple properties in *******, a state that has 6 months designated for Hurricane season wasnt prepared for something like lightening to strike any of their electrical equipment. Again, the electrical component of all this isnt my expertise but it sounds like something as vital as a transformer should have protections put in place to make it Teflon tough and impenetrable. Lightening aside , the elevator vendor for this property doesnt appear to be reliable from my experience in living here for 10 months. Elevators have been down at least a handful of times for short durations for reasons unknown. I havent felt any sense of urgency from the vendors/management in remedying this matter nor has adequate and timely information (updates) been sent out to residents . The last communication we received was alerting us that one of the two elevators was now working on Friday May 24th, which was false. I dont doubt for one moment that if this happened in a luxury tenant building this issue wouldve been resolved within a couple of days. I would like concord rents management to respond with a more detailed update other than a generic sorry we are working as quickly as possible.

The elevators located at ******** at ******** experienced failure due to a storm that occurred in the early hours on May 11th 2024. Our emergency maintenance team made several attempts to restore the elevators and was unsuccessful, a ticket was submitted immediately the same morning with our authorized vendor to dispatch a technician in efforts to restore the elevators. A technician arrived on site and was not able to make the elevators operational due to serval components that were affected by the storm and required further evaluation. We are unable to guarantee the elevators will be operable at all times, as they are subject to repairs, preventative maintenance, failures, and interrupted service beyond our control, including natural causes due to environmental impact, as in this instance. As with most highly technical mechanical equipment, elevators can become inoperable and when they do, it presents an inconvenience to the residents. An initial email was sent on May 13, 2024 to the residents notifying them that we were aware of the issues with the elevators and that we were working with our vendor to get the elevators operational as quickly as possible and the procedures should they have an emergency. Timeline of communication:May 11, 2024 - Signs were posted by entrances and at all elevator doors. May 13, 2024 - Communication via email blast was sent to all residents informing them of the outage and that our vendor was working to resolve the issue, in addition protocol should they have an emergency. May 17th, 24th, and May 30th following the initial email that was sent on May 13, 2024, with updates. As of today, May 30, 2024 our vendor was successful at getting Elevator 2 operational. Elevator 1 remains ongoing diagnostics and repairs. We will notify the residents once Elevator 1 is operational.

My intuition guided me well! Thank goodness I did a lot of research into ConcordRents and Concord Management before completing an application and giving them my bank info. A Russian oligarch owns these companies. Anyone employed by either company is a con artist or naive puppet. Personnel are nearly impossible to reach by phone, and if you write to them, they rarely reply. They charge a $90 application fee, as well as a $350 fee to be placed on a "waiting list" for an apartment. That doesn't include the security deposit you're charged before moving in. There's no guarantee that you'll ever get one of their apartments. If you don't, they'll keep your money unless you fight them ************ and file reports or take legal action. On top of that, many reviewers, on the Concord website & various apartment websites, state that Concord ***************** them to death once they do move in. Save yourself the misery. Steer clear of any apartment complex affiliated with ConcordRents!

ConcordRents is committed to following the same policies and procedures for all applicants and residents and do our best to be as transparent as possible. Our application and holding fees policies are disclosed to all applicants prior to paying. Our rents and options are also disclosed on our website, as well as explained by our on-site teams. We understand that you are not interested in applying for one of our communities, however we do wish you the best of luck in your housing search.

i filled out a application on line for a apartment. 90$ application fee. $350.00 they also took from me was supposed to be a hold on my card. Instead they took the $350.00 for a apartment that is not available and say i have to wait 2 to 4 weeks to get my money back. Which should not have been taken in the first place..

Frauds and thieves. Concord management is by far the most horrible management company. I stayed in my apartment for 3 years with so many issues but I dealt with them because I was going through a divorce and need to get on my feet. Had reach out to management several times about work orders that went unanswered for months. One including a roof leak that resulted in mold and mildew in my apartment. Upon moving out they ask you to submit an intent to vacate letter. I did that 60 days prior to lease being up. Received an email back 3 days later about recertification. I emailed again I United to vacate when my lease is up. Fast forward to the week of my move out I stop by the office as a last attempt to find out why they want me to rectify. Mind you I have stopped by several times and the office door is always locked. They tell me because I did not notify them in the proper amount of time I am responsible for the rent in the apartment until they lease it out. Plus they made me pay the rent for the whole month when my lease was up the 5th of that month. I told them I sent several emails they stated I needed to sign a form in office which no one notified me of. Had they notified me of that in the email I would have made sure to do that in more than 60 days. All they want is money but dont want to fix anything. Now Im out of over $3000.

I am currently a resident of the reserve at ***********. We have been over our lease and pay stub details over and over again by management after filling out these forms it seems the management has either lost them over and over again or is playing games with me and my living situation. this has been causing me stress on a day to day basis and i want action taken to prevent this from happening to anyone else and get my issue resolved. After informing the management time and time again i have filled out this paperwork i have been threatened with potential eviction if i dont fill out these forms yet again. extremely frustrated no wonder why you guys have such bad reviews will the better business bureau. there inability to keep accurate records and documents is sad and disheartening. I want upper management to contact me to resolve this issue immediately.

While we do understand your frustration to provide additional documentation for the Live Local program for 2024, this is a requirement in your lease agreement. We collected information in 2023 and then again requested the same questionnaire and documentation for the tax year 2024. All residents are required to complete these questionnaires and provide documentation. Your original questionnaire and documents were not misplaced. The questionnaire provided for 2024 is to be submitted for this tax year. If you have any additional questions, please feel free to contact us.

The absolute worst most unprofessional company and customer service A former resident and when I moved out of 1 of their neighborhoods they tried charging me late fees plus extra. When I moved out, I had to pay my rent late that month and when I got my paper, they were charging me late fees saying that I wasn't charged one at that time so i now have to pay it plus $5 moving out. There may have been a "glitch" in the system according to a manager so that falls on me too. Now considering finding an attorney. This man *********************** was BEYOND disrespectful and refused to let me speak! The actual ******************* was only open from 10am-2pm however, the door remained locked, and they did not answer the phone EVER! I could write a book about this but to sum it all up don't do it. This company is far from worth the stress, and money by all means and you will regret it. They care about the money not the people paying.

******************** lived at Heritage Pines from 7/1/2021 to 12/31/2023. Upon move out, charges were made to her account for early termination and various damage fees. The late fees were charged for the November and December rent payments which were paid on 11/9/2023 and 12/11/2023, respectively. As noted in her lease, all rent payments are due by the 3rd of the month to avoid a late charge. ******************** sent a dispute to our office 2/2/2024 and it was answered via a certified mail receipt mailed on 2/14/2024. ******************** was offered a discount in order to clear her account. Notes in the Collections database indicate that ******************** called on 2/21/2024 still objecting to the late fees. She was advised she could send an additional dispute, if needed. She was reported as having used bad language on the call. We strive at answer all disputes with courtesy and professionalism.

Absolutely terrible customer service that was rude and unhelpful in every way. They took $340 from each of our three applicants and kept saying we made a mistake when we applied and shouldn't have paid that much. I called and got someone who was incredibly mean and yelled at me saying it was my fault. These people will take your money and not refund it with no remorse even if it's their fault. I will never buy anything from these terrible people.
