      I have had two years of wonderful experiences with Xulon Press once I gained a clarity of vision for my books and a readiness to write, write, write and rewrite again and again and again. They have done what they told me they would do, and they did it well. All the rest has been up to me.

      If you are ready to self-publish, I highly recommend Xulon Press. They will guide you well through the process

      For several years I have been in contact with various publishers. I received information from one publisher, but I was hesitant to use them after reading the contract. When Xulon Press offered a publishing package that I liked, I accepted it. I have been very happy with my experience of having my book published. I appreciated the input that I had during the process of completing the publishing details. I have been very satisfied so far with the process. I am waiting to receive the book in print. The eBook looks great.

      Chris **********, was prefect for me to get the process started, he was constantly in contact with me on the phone and I believe he actually had my best interest at heart.       Very clear step by step instructions and communication. I am quite satisfied with the product having examined the author copies and have "found" the listings on all of the promised vendor sites. I understand that further marketing is up to me to promote and hope to learn more about that process.

      Very disappointing. They advertise about being a Christian publishing company. My first call to them, I was lied to when I asked about the phone call return that was written up so much through complaints to the BBB. They said that it was all resolved. It isn't. You cannot get a return call from anyone! In addition, the typesetter made nearly 100 errors and cost me an extra couple hundred dollars. Now they sent me a message that I owed $99 dollars due within the next 2 months. The next day, I received a letter from them saying that they attached an additional $20 because it was overdue! I called to resolve this and again cannot get a response from them. I honestly question their "Christianity" with the lies and this quality (lack of) that they are providing and would honestly recommend anyone desiring to publish to look elsewhere. I have a few more manuscripts about ready for publishing but after this experience, I don't think that I will publish them.

      Thank you. It has been over a week now and I have not heard from anyone at Xulon as per usual. Not only that, instead of charging me the $20 late fee which I had to [pay because they lied to me about when payment was due, they charged me $25 late fee!!! Extremely disappointed and will most certainly look for a Christian publisher for my other books!

      It has now been over a month and nobody has reached out to me regarding these issues. This is the way that this company operates and why I would recommend anyone considering publishing to look elsewhere.
